Better communication from the reception staff, had to ask a few Q's of basics i.e breakfast times, when asked staff were friendly but would expect for a 5 star hotel not to have to ask. Not clear on directions to our room, got a bit lost

The location of the hotel - proximity to station - is perfect. And the staff? Excellent - all polite, friendly and ready to make guests feel welcome and valued.

Not keen on the artificial flowers - don’t mind artificial flowers but the ones used looked cheap and would have been better with none
The location is fantastic. The staff were an extreme high point for me. I asked for a room with a bath and they were very accommodating. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I’ll chalk that up to unfamiliarity. Overall excellent trip would visit again on a special occasion.
