An excellent hotel for a short visit to York
Pros:

Hotel is very well location for the railway station and main tourist attractions in York. Very good service and staff very friendly

Pros:

Great hotel in a fabolous location.The staff were professional,helpful and always greeted you with a smile.The room was lovely and bed comfortable.The breakfast was amazing,it was extensive in choice and the food was great.

Cons:

I personally wasn't overly impressed with the spa.I think the prices to use it was too high.,especially when you are staying at the hotel.

Cons:

Went to check in at 3pm, room not ready. Not good enough for the price you pay. Card key didn't work.
