The airconsitioning is not working and even we complaint and they didnt fix it and even didnot give us other room and sleep was affected due to hot weather and no air condition working
The location is central and welcoming staff on the first day were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The ac functioned, which was good in hot weather.
It was really dirty, especially the bathroom, which had dark hairs everywhere, including all over the floor, bath, sink and on the towels. I left the thing on the door for it to be cleaned but the replacement towel was also dirty (snot?) and they did not clean anything else. Furthermore, they did not give me more toilet paper or tissues so I ran out.
Staff on my second to last day were rude. I had booked an extra night online ahile out and she cut me off as I was trying to explain.
The hotel was quite noisy and I felt stressed trying to manage not to touch the weird substances, stained shower curtain, etc.
The location
Unable to provide traveller with toothpaste
Shower cap
No toilet safety bar to lift up from the toilet
The mattresses are not comfortable sometimes it seems moving sliding out of bef
Reception staffs
Scope in room cleaning and availability of toiletries
We stayed for one night, as we had tickets for Lord of the Dance. The hotel, was clean, with helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean with good ensuite facility.
Breakfast was standard buffet service, with choice of Al a Carte or Full English 😋. It was across the street for the venue we were going too. Only minor issue was we parked in the local shopping centre which allowed 24 hour booking, as we hadn't realised there was a car park behind the hotel, but it was cheaper to park in the shopping centre and we had a lovely 10 minute walk, through Bradford
The location.
Irritating reception staff and noisy cleaners.
On a very hot day, the air conditioning was amazing. Friendly staff, good facilities, marvelous location across from Bradford Live
All good
