Very pleasant room, comfortable bed and nice and clean room with nice decor, air conditioning was lovely and perfect working shower with ample water pressure, nice location and close to all amenities.lovely friendly and welcoming staff who were very accommodating. We even left our luggage at reception after checking out until our coach departure time if which they were happy to do, this was most helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel to stay in next time we come to Bradford.
The TV only had Freeview channels and we weren't able to connect to Netflix or prime video etc
Every thing
Car park
Good value
There was no handwash available in the toilet and floor seemed to be not hoovered
Easily accessible and good location
The was a very bad smells which made me and everyone nearly sick.
A cot was requested and staff confirmed it will be available but on the day of check in i was told none were available. After spending the day with family i had requested again for a cot and i was told there were many available. (Thanks to Sean at reception for dealing with this)
Location, value for money
Lovely clean room. Helpful friendly staff.
Nothing
Perfect location for a gig at Bradford Live.
Very convenient and comfortable
On my first night a door kept slamming on the floor above, I was on 6th floor. Also the carpet could have been cleaner, and there were lipstick marks around the rim of the coffee cups at breakfast
One noisy room but apart from that all great
One noisy room but apart from that all great
Great stay, convenient, affordable and good breakfast - A good start to the day!
Gym needs to be accessible earlier - from 6am
Good staff , clean environment
The keys are not working good
The hotel smelled lovely when we walked in, the receptionist was very friendly & welcoming & very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We paid for breakfast & the staff on duty in the morning was very welcoming & helpful.
We went to see a show at the alhambra theatre & was looking forward to relaxing in the bar & having a drink before we went to our room, unfortunately the bar was closed at 10.15pm. We could buy a drink from reception however that wasn't the point.
Stayed here while on tour with my band. Excellent room, comfortable bed, great location and an overall good service. If I alone, or with the band, ever end up back in Bradford again, this is where we'll stay.
The ad didn't specify that parking was paid. It was raining and we looked for parking further away because the one they sent us to was expensive.
Location is good.
Parking was an issue during our stay. The bedroom curtains were also very dusty, which caused my partner to start sneezing badly.
The bathroom was not very clean, and the basin tap sprays water everywhere when turned to hot water, which was quite inconvenient.
