Avoid! I know it is Bradford. But this is ridiculous!!!
Pros:

I am here because we have a funeral. I am so stressed and tired. The room smelled musty. It was so crazy to pay for parking! The girl at the front desk could not even tell us the price. The website did it not work for parking let alone the discount.

Cons:

It smells, paying and parking was a nightmare, the room was smelly and musty, the rooms felt dingy and the bathroom too.

Not a good experience overall to find anything we liked about this place….

Cons:

We had checked into our room in the afternoon & left our belongings in our room & gone out for the evening to come back & find some member of staff had checked another person into our room & our cards had been blocked for entry, all this to sort out @ 1:30am after a long long day, very unhappy customer & still not had any communication or refund for all our troubles & upset, my wife was absolutely furious and very upset.

Perfect location at a superb price
Pros:

Great stay right in the heart of the city. Nothing to complain about possibly the best hotel in Bradford and I worked there 35 years

Great location value for money professional friendly staff
Pros:

Welcome at reception very good all staff pleasant. Breakfast good choice of hot and cold , Amm dining room staff very pleasant and helpful with lots of guests to support. Bedroom and bathroom generous size and hospitality tray nice touch.
We have stayed before and will return

Not a deal breaker but the stained upholstery on the bedroom chair not a good look
