Clic Clac complètement dur.
Maitre nageur plus occupé a draguer qu’à travaillé.
Mini club enfants inexistant.
La dame la plus âgée de l’accueil a rien d’aimable !!!

On reviendra car Vacancéole n'y est pour rien dans l'incivisme de certains.....
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel d'accueil et leur écoute, le calme de la résidence, l'ensemble des installations dans la location et autour. Le charme du canal du Midi.

Cons:

Que les occupants précédents n'ai pas respecté l'interdiction de fumer dans la maison, l'odeur du tabac froid (pour des non fumeurs, c'est agressif) est très difficile à éliminer. Et on est pas en vacances pour nettoyer les saletés de autres.

Viel établissement qui meriterait une remise en question avant rénovation.

Cons:

L’accueil était très froid, nous avions l’impression de déranger, sans présence à notre arrivée (en congé)
On nous a installé dans un appartement dont l’entrée/terrasse étaient sur le parking (vue direct sur les voitures) vraiment pas agréable, à cette période très peu occupé, pourquoi ?
Pour la piscine, impossible de s’y relaxer puisque verte; et elle n’était pas annoncé fermée sur les descriptifs.
En rentrant les odeurs étaient incommodantes, ça manque franchement d’entretien.
Ne vous fiez pas aux photos car sur le site elles sont prises de façon à ne pas voir la misère.
Je ne peux imaginer une famille en vacances dans cet établissement, c’est honteux et mensonger.
