According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pros:

Localização, próxima ao shopping Beira Mar, instalações, conforto da suíte Jr, ótimo split, roupa de cama e produtos de banho de qualidade, atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

O café da manhã pode melhorar, na parte de queijos e frios, que é bem fraca.

Hotel ótimo, mas da próxima vez não aceitaria ficar no quarto abaixo da academia.
Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo, área de lazer bem bonita no último andar, quarto bem espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

Fiquei em um quarto que ficava logo abaixo da academia do hotel. Fui acordada com barulho de pesos sendo largados no chão. As janelas do quarto davam para o prédio ao lado, então tinha que deixar as cortinas fechadas, o que deixava o quarto um pouco escuro. Também senti falta de uma coberta mais quente, pois estava frio; tive que ligar o ar-condicionado.
