Pros:

Очень красивые номера,оформленные в стиле восточного дворца. Колоритно.

Cons:

Мы жили в люксе с большой гидромассажной ванне,красивая подсветка,большой номер,есть балкон,но вид оттуда не очень. Были небольшие проблемы с дверью в ванную,плохо открывалась и закрывалась.

Perfecte locatie, heerlijk hotel, zeer servicegericht personeel.
Pros:

Heel behulpzaam personeel. Hielpen actief mee om leuke excursies te boeken. Hotel ligt midden in de oude wijk. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Kamers zijn ruim, netjes en schoon. Zeer goed verzorgd ontbijt en uitstekend rooftop restaurant waar je heerlijk a la carte kunt eten.

Everyone was very helpful and kind, useful recommendations from the front desk, rooms were clean and well sized, hotel is well located and easy to access.

Cons:

The breakfast a bit disappointing, especially if you ordered off the menu and not the buffet. The buffet choices were stronger, but not terribly interesting.

Великолепно
Pros:

Отель оправдал все ожидания! Снимали с друзьями семейный номер на 1 сутки. Отель выбрали не случайно, ориентировались на исторический центр и конечно же на саму атмосферу в отеле. С подругами решили устроить мини-фотосессию в стиле Великолепного века, всё убранство номеров позволяло это сделать)
Персонал очень приветливый и радушный. Не смотря на самый оживленный район и множество кафе и баров по соседству, наш номер выходил на тихую улочку, никакого шума мы не слышали. На ресепшене была милая сотрудница русскоговорящая. Приятным бонусом был чайный комплимент с 14:00, как раз ко времени нашего заселения, мы смогли перекусить сладостями и чаем\кофе. На крыше есть ресторан с замечательным панорамным видом, завтрак был разнообразным и сытным. Однозначно рекомендую!
Обратите внимание на удаленность от центральных улиц, из-за трафика наш водитель трансфера не смог подъехать к самому отелю, пришлось идти с чемоданами пешком минут 7, т.к. в объезд и с пробками мы бы потеряли еще минут 40, но это не имеет отношения к самому отелю. При отъезде сотрудники помогли нам поймать такси на соседней улице и донести чемоданы к машине.

Немного смутила раковина прям в комнате, хотя остальные удобства были в отдельной комнате

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Sultania Hotel in Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect within walking distance to major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made a difference in our stay.

The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Cons:

We did notice a minor drainage odor from the sink at times, but it was not a major issue and could be managed by simply closing the drain.
