NICE BUT NEXT TIME WE MAY TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE
Pros:

Location was perfect. So close to the Spice markets & lots of restaurants. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Decor is divine.

Cons:

It was noisy & our room was VERY small. Air con was barely working so it was quite stuffy. Breakfast was disappointing whereas last time we visited, breakfast was amazing

Nice stay in the very city center
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Great location, extremely nice staff. Great rooms with all that is needed. Also, very nice restaurant on the roof top of the neighbour hotel. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Spa and gym are quite bad. Gym is right next to the spa area so there is literally no air there to breathe. Spa itself is ok, but I could see dirty ceiling with some mold I believe inside the cover there. Not impressed. I was not focused on this facilities hence it did not effect my rating much, but for those who want this specific feature I think it is important.

Stay in Istanbul
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sultania in the heart of old town Istanbul! We could walk to all restaurants and attractions and also take the tram which was very close. The room on the 5th floor was large with a balcony. The Olive restaurant on the 6th floor was fabulous. We took advantage of their Turkish bath which was wonderful!

The Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, everything is close by and it doesn’t take long to get to main attractions. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They were always ready to help, if we needed anything. They helped us book tickets for the night cruise, which was beautiful. The continental breakfast was really nice and had a variety of foods. The rooms were a good size and it was cleaned everyday.

I love this hotel, and I always stay here when I arrive in Istanbul. All the staff will take care of your comfortable stay. The rooms are beautiful, you live like a sultania.
