Decent but not up to Hampton standards

Never coming again!
Pros:

The desk clerk when we came in was very kind to me and my husband she was very helpful to both of us I had to wash our clothes and when I did I had to go back to the washroom at least three times because the keys wasn't working and finally she was able to give us a key that work but I don't understand why your electronic keys are not working in your hotel you need to fix that I shouldn't have had to go to the are you facility three times we were tired we were on the road for probably 7-8 hours already that's unacceptable! The room really wasn't that clean it was Dusty in some areas I would just say it was one of the less best hotels we stayed in on our whole journey! They did have a joyful break fast professors really really good and that's probably just about it?

Cons:

Don't ask me what could have been done better that's your hotel you know what needs to be done and if you're that concerned about it go down there and find out yourself!

Our stay
Pros:

Clean and helpful staff. In comparison to our previous stay at another location, the breakfast was better. I would like to see better eggs (like a full scramble and not just egg whites).

Cons:

Desk chair was either broken or a strange back support angle (too reclined).
Repeat that breakfast could have been better.

Friendly staff, quick check-in, amazing breakfast!!!
Pros:

Upon arrival check in was very quick. We were given complementary water and got to our room quickly. The room was clean and our stay was quiet and felt safe. The breakfast was amazing! Sausage like actual link sausage and hash brown and eggs and waffles!!! It was the best breakfast 🥞 my ONLY grip and this is because I have sensory issues, the AC in the room was SO loud and even my partner agreed... I feel like I've stated in other hotels where the unit didn't roar like a B1 bomber 😂 but other then that, everything was great.

Enjoyed!!
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and relaxing. I got to read before bed and enjoyed how clean it was. Will definitely be staying there again. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Got a great night rest in a fresh room after a long day.

I wouldn't stay there again I go somewhere else next trip to Pecos .
Pros:

I love Hampton usually there nice clean hotels.

Cons:

My room smelled like smoke hall smelled same way . Needs an update bed hard .

It wasn't clean, it was a connector room and the noise from that room was loud. Cracks in the wall, stains on the furniture in the wall, appliances dirty.

A Nice Stay
Pros:

The hotel itself is a little dated but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was easy to find off the interstate. We got there fairly late and they accommodated that. We walked about 1/4 of a mile to get something to eat from a convenience store as there are no restaurants close by but they had limited supplies. The hotel offered snacks for an additional cost however. The biggest bonus was that they offered us water bottles upon our arrival at No extra cost.

Cons:

Very little parking as rooms fill up fast at this location.
