La chambre et les femmes de ménage qui sont d’une extrême gentillesse
Le restaurant: servir du porc au Maroc! Un pays musulman même touristique ne devrait pas en servir, c’est aux gens de s’adapter aux traditions du pays.
L’alcool qui est no limite
La piscine avec les serviettes déposées dès l’aube! Donc à 9h plus de places disponibles!
L’équipe d’animation est selon l’hôtel le point fort mais je suis désolée ayant fait d’autres hôtels avant je trouve qu’il y’a un manque de dynamisme
Pour moi cet hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.
The animation and the food were wondefull, my children loved the place, and it is also suitable for couples due to the magnificent kids club.

La proximité des chambres avec le restaurant et les piscines. Tout est condensé dans un espace proche.
Les allées menant aux chambres sont ombragées en raison des nombreux oliviers plantés, ce qui est agréable les mois d'été où il fait très chaud (plus de 40 degrés)
La profondeur des piscines adultes, entre 1,45 et 1,55 mètre atteignant mon cou pour moi qui mesure 1,76 m.
Animations variées et de bon niveau.
Peut-être un peu plus de diversité dans les plats présentés au restaurant Atlas.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service tout au long de notre séjour. L'ensemble du personnel s'est montré attentionné, disponible et d'une grande hospitalité, contribuant à rendre notre expérience très agréable.
Nous avons également apprécié la diversité des quatre restaurants, offrant un large choix de cuisines, ainsi que la qualité du buffet proposé au restaurant principal, avec des produits variés et bien présentés.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et parfaitement entretenues. La literie est particulièrement confortable, ce qui garantit un excellent repos. L'ensemble de l'établissement est soigné, raffiné et dégage une atmosphère très agréable.
Un séjour que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous aurons plaisir à revenir.
Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne l'animation. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d'activités et une ambiance plus dynamique, notamment en soirée, afin d'apporter davantage de convivialité à un séjour par ailleurs très réussi.

La única pega que pondría es que se permitan colchonetas en la piscina. Llega un momento que te vas chocando con los objetos
