Je recommande néanmoins l’hôtel pour son emplacement, pour la gentillesse de certains membres du personnel.
Pros:

L’architecture avec les riads, la verdure, les jardins bien entretenus, l’animation, les piscines même si une pataugeoire ne serait pas de refus pour les enfants en bas âge.

Cons:

La nourriture, la lenteur parfois pour obtenir certaines choses au vu du monde qu’il y’avait malheureusement surtout sur la fin de notre séjour et la population qui y vient que je ne trouve pas toujours respectueuse.

Pros:

Fouad gaf zijn whatsapp nummer en vanaf dat moment mochten wij hem alles vragen. Toen ik aan had gegeven dat de kamer wel iets schoner mocht, werd dat de volgende dag die t geregeld. Toen wij terug de kamer in kwamen, stond housekeeping voor de deur met een bos rozen. Niets was teveel. Werkelijk heel erg lief allemaal.

Colazione molto abbondante ma sempre uguale.

Cons:

Allora, cominciamo dalla pulizia, praticamente inesistente in 12 giorni di vacanza non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola. Non si puliva a terra e gli ultimi 3 giorni abbiamo avuto un invasione di formiche nonostante io abbia sollecitato più volte la pulizia avendo due bambini piccolissimi che gattonano nulla. Seconda nota dolente lo staff parla solo francese arabo e inglese. Non c’è nessun tipo di animazione italiana o spagnola. Il cibo buono il primo giorno ma era sempre la stessa cosa tutti i giorni pranzo e cena tant’è che dopo 6 giorni abbiamo cominciato ad ordinare dei Glovo. Altra cosa con il caldo che fa a Marrakech non si può sentire che chiudono le piscine alle 18, é il momento della giornata migliore per stare un po all’aperto. Sinceramente per quanto costa io non la consiglio.

Pros:

Piscine chauffée. Le buffet avait pas mal de choix, qualité pas exceptionelle.

Cons:

Ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles, hotel assez sale. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Le grand lit qui en fait étaient 2 petits lits collés l'un à l'autre et qui se séparaient pendant la nuit. Je donnerais 3 étoiles maximum.

Adoramos tudo! O hotel é excelente, é o sítio ideal para passar férias em família com crianças. Agradecemos o upgrade de quarto e o facto de nos terem permitido permanecer nas instalações depois do check out. Todos os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos, e queremos agradecer o carinho com que o Mouad (FD) sempre nos tratou. Obrigado.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’entretien des jardins, le lit 210 x 180 ! Buffet varié

Cons:

Température fraîche 10-12 la nuit et pas de chauffage mais en même temps on est à Marrakech donc il est pas censé faire froid ! Peut-être rajouter des couvertures d’appoint ?

Buffet correct, pas assez de dessert à notre goût !
