Welcoming hospitality
Pros:

Our room was upgraded, Fouad the RP manager treated us like the royal family...All the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for them. We felt welcomed and special and it made our first stay in Morocco memorable. They are all working very hard to keep the guests happy. Thank you guys for an amazing stay, we wish you all the best in the future and we will recommed your hotel to our friends.

Le bruit dans notre chambre matin et après-midi à cause des cris et jeux autour de la piscine à longueur de journée /

l’ambiance de camping dans les piscines, pas plaisant de s’y poser /

le buffet inmangeable digne de snack -> intoxication le premier jour et on nous a dit qu’ils passeront le mot au gérant qui lui nous dit « ah fallait me le dire hier » alors que son équipe était toute au courant. Aucun geste fait alors même qu’on a eu l’intoxication. Ils ont refusé qu’on mange dans leur restau italien ou marocain sous prétexte qu’on devait réserver la veille alors que la veille on a été intoxique chez eux et qu’on pouvait pas anticiper… bref on a payé le all inclusive et on s’est retrouvé à aller dans de beaux restau à Marrakech. Ce qu’on a clairement pas regretté, les seules fois où on a bien mangé sans tomber malade.

En arrivant, pas de savon dans la chambre (flacon vide), ensuite on nous l’a rempli et versé partout .. on a dû appeler 5 fois pour avoir des chaussons (pour pouvoir marcher sur le carrelage glacé ..)

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, cibo di qualità e vario. Hotel molto pulito. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Da apprezzare la piscina con acqua calda che abbiamo utilizzato nel pomeriggio a gennaio. Perfetta per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli.

Cons:

Nel servizio all inclusive dovrebbe essere incluso l'ingresso alla spa e alla piscina coperta.
