Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’entretien des jardins, le lit 210 x 180 ! Buffet varié

Cons:

Température fraîche 10-12 la nuit et pas de chauffage mais en même temps on est à Marrakech donc il est pas censé faire froid ! Peut-être rajouter des couvertures d’appoint ?

Buffet correct, pas assez de dessert à notre goût !

Pros:

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. We continue to return due to it's extremely high standards and courteous staff. We want to say a big thank you to Fouad who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and also Khalil and his colleagues who were on hand at all times. The location is perfect with free shuttle service to the Medina. The choice of food in the restaurant is outstanding and staff very attentive. We opted for a relaxing break and chose a privilege room but the entertainment staff provided ample activities around the other pools. Thank you. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

No geral, muito boa! Os miúdos gostaram bastante e nós também.

Da piscina, dos campos de padel, dos quartos grandes

Cons:

As almofadas das camas dos miúdos não tinham fronha.

Great all inclusive resort
Pros:

We really enjoyed the tranquility and the atmosphere around the hotel. The staff were great. Welcoming and giving great service with patience and smile. They were so kind to our kid and gave us good feeling.
The food was delicious and had many options for everyone to find something to eat.
We were upgraded to a suite whice made our stay even better and we hope to visit again.

Cons:

The room was generally clean, but had many flies and mosquitoes which we had to fight.
The kids area only open for babysitting services and the playground needed maintenance so we didn't have a lot of playing area to play with our kid. We hope they will creat a kids room for young kids to play with their parents.
