Very nice and good location
Pros:

Nice and cozy hotel. Nice location and very near to all places.

The hotel needs lots of improvement
Pros:

1. The only plus point is 100m to Ben Tanh market.

Cons:

1. Premier King Room sounded so nice, but I can't even draw the curtains because it is facing some lousy building (hostel)
2. The housekeeping tools (mop, pail, etc) and bundle of towels are placed along the walkway. The moment the lift door is open, you can see that these things should not be placed here, especially where the fire safety hoses. No safety common sense.
3. Housekeeping didn't do the job properly. The bed wasn't made up to the hotel 3/4-star standard. Creases still exist as though the sheets were not changed. My mugs were not even washed one of the days.
4. During breakfast, when the order is plenty, the crew at the egg station seems to be agitated/ speaks a bit loud.

We had a fun trip and the hotel room is also one of the best things that we purchased!
Pros:

I really like to location of the hotel because it's literally walking distances to some of the tourist attractions in Saigon. Also, there are so many restaurants, cafes, and spas nearby so people won't get bored easily. There is also a public market nearby so if you want something cheap, you can buy there. Breakfast buffet was also very good and there is a variety (they served different dishes everyday). The room was also clean and very pleasant to stay at.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Staff in the pool area bar were excellent.

Great location and good breakfast
Pros:

Staff very helpful and professional (in helping me resolve my booking issue), breakfast selection was good and location was great.

Cons:

Management didn't accept my late cancellation on Booking.com (I double booked with a different hotel) and through unclear communication, the staff was trying to help by selling my multi nights booking which I wasn't aware they proceeded with the suggestion so I turned up with my first night rooms being sold and I was still stuck with the remaining nights. It was messy and would have been better to either have the full booking cancelled or left intact. As mentioned, the staff on the floor was very helpful and managed to put our family of 5 in a temporary (smaller) room on the first night as our size rooms were sold out that night.

Unsure about other rooms but our room had a shower in a bath tub which I don't prefer as it is less safe climbing in and out of slippery surface and that the bathtub feels like the builder standard type that doesn't feel solid under my weight (80kg).

Hopefully this feedback serves to help not only travellers but also the hotel for future improvements.
