Good stays!
Pros:

The staffs were so quick and ready to help. We had an unscheduled online interview, they makesure the wifi connection were good. Provided upstair room for us to use if we need better connection and private during the interview. We did not use it since our room were very well insulated. My daughter were sick with fever and they ran to get us ice next door since kitchen were closed. Room were cleaned and stocked with extra towels and toilet paper. We had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The VIP room is very well insulated and Wifi were not good in the toilet room/ area! The rest of the room is good,very spacious, and clean. For the light sleepers, you may hear the kitchen preparing food in the morning (.. very faintly around 5am ). It did not bother us.

Super friendly team. Everyone is so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Stayed there twice and shall return.
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel, close to Ben Thanh market and short distance to restaurants and shopping centres. Great location. Family friendly. Room size are spacious. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Heartwarming stay
Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpfull.
The check in formalities were smooth.
The location of the hotel is really good.
This was our second location to stay in Ho Chi Minh, but we regret we did not choose this to be the only one for our stay here, it was soo good.

Cons:

We had a room with view towards the city, this made is a little bit noisy during the night but still it was not so bad.

Pros:

Walking distance to Benthant Market and others attractions places

Cons:

Abit disappointed about hotel rrom.The Hotel room that I booked was unavailable on arrival because other customer who already stay at the hotel wanted extend more day so they were given their requested. Therefore I only can have in 1st floor instead of that room.A part from that all good, all the hotel staff on duty on that day were very nice, helpful, excellent people.

Wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer war leider sehr dreckig. Die Füße sind dreckig geworden. Kinder konnten nicht auf dem Boden spielen.

I left soon after I checked in, and did not stay for more than 1 hour.
Pros:

Terrible value, let alone the subpar level of accommodation. I’d consider this a 3 star level at best, and that would be generous.

Calitate preț, minunat!

Central. Camere curate comparativ cu alte locații. Personal foarte amabil.

Cons:

3 camere am avut și toate au fost mici, abea am putut deschide trollerele însă paturile foarte mari!

Unser Bett war sehr sehr hart, wie ein Brett. Die Kommunikation hierzu lief nicht gut, angeboten wurde uns nur ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Eine neue / andere Madratze war nicht möglich.

Disappointing stay at Adora Hotel
Pros:

Only the location is good in relation to Ben thanh market.

Cons:

I requested a room with a shower but was allocated one with a bath and hand shower, and there was no option to change as they were booked. On the first night, there was no hot water (water barely warm).
The tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor, and we used the bath towels that we had to absorb the water on the floor. The maintenance staff came to check on the water situation but could not resolve it on the first night, and were aware of the leaking as well, but nothing was done to assist. The next morning, we were reprimanded by the staff that we should not have used bath towels on the floor, and if any stains result, we will be liable for extra charges. This was extremely rude and disappointing (as a note was even left in our room). The water situation then turned on the morning of our check out, where we only had hot water and could not have a bath again until maintenance came to check on and resolve this, further delaying our plans for our last morning in the city. The staff (management) did not take any responsibility and were not accommodating at all.
