Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer werden als Familienzimmer angeboten, die genauso klein, wie Zweibettzimmer mit großem zweiten Bett sind. Bett steht vor dem Schrank, der nicht genutzt werden kann. Um an den Tresor zu kommen, muss man aufs Bett steigen. Vier Koffer passen nicht aufgeklappt ins Zimmer, aber der Schrank ist ja auch nicht nutzbar. Personal an der Rezeption hatte kein Verständnis. Rückmeldung nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager wurde angekündigt, haben wir aber nie erhalten.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, prise en charge rapide, proposé un service de taxis, petit déjeuné copieux avec du choix et de bonne qualité, hôtel très bien situé dans le district 1
Chambre décorée pour l’anniversaire de mon fils belle attention merci.

Cons:

Le jacouzi à l’étage était froid et reste froid ne fonctionne pas tout seul besoin que quelqu’un de l’accueil vienne le mettre en route idem pour hamam et sona.
Baignoire salle de bain bain à bulle non fonctionnel.

The area, to many paddlers. Trying to sell you cigarettes, sunglasses est. I was at a different area of district 1 last year and not a lot of paddlers. 🤣

Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we can't wait to come back.
Pros:

We stayed at Adora Hotel from June 16 to 19 and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—it's close to everything, with easy access to Grab, and is within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and Bùi Viện Walking Street.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

We did experience an issue with the air conditioner during our first two nights. Since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn't transfer us to another room, but they immediately provided us with a fan to keep us comfortable. We appreciated their honesty and efforts to assist us, and by the third day, the air conditioner had been fixed.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations made our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend Adora Hotel and will definitely book here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Cons:

The only downside was that the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly during our first two nights. It was a bit disappointing, especially when we returned to the hotel after being out all day and the room was still warm. However, since we spent most of our time exploring the city, it didn't affect our trip too much. We really appreciated that the staff immediately provided us with a fan to make us more comfortable.

My only suggestion is that the hotel check the air conditioning in each room before guests check in to ensure it is cooling properly. This small step would make the guest experience even better.

Good stay due to friendly staff and location.
Pros:

Excellent central location and clean and pleasant enough. The bathroom maybe was recently upgraded so was nice and clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Cons:

I thought the sleeping setup could have been a little better with quality pillows and mattresses.

Our room was nice and clean but would have been nice if its a little bigger. Staff were nice. Good assortment of foods for breakfast. We feel safe in this hotel.

Wifi was slow. Not a lot of room for big luggages.
