Business trip. Location great for this, restaurants close by.
Room looked nice but AC and shower didn’t work properly. Power also went out just in our room for several hours. The staff was horrible - unfriendly and very put off to help, especially Athena at the front desk. The hotel also is advertised as having a pool but the pool was closed. Overall I had a horrible experience and would no recommend this hotel!

Great staff and very clean. But the area is just bad, it will make you have a bad impression of Istanbul which I had initially. Cheap clothes from China being overpriced and very bad food. The area you should go for is Taksim. Taksim is where you should visit in Istanbul.
The pool was off limits and the gym was not working, tourist trap, the staff where unhelpful…

The room is very small as soon as you open the door, half a meter, the bed.
My advice to anyone who wants to book this hotel is a big no. I was extremely disappointed and not valued for money. It's a ripped off. Never again
I love this hotel and stay there every time I visit Istanbul.Reasonable price for Aksaray ,the rooms are very clean and have all you need .super close to historic attractions and easy access to most places in Istanbul.
Most importantly what I like about the good hotel is All the staff were really friendly and happy to help regardless of time the team on reception are so nice and accommodating.A big thank you to Mehmet for looking after me during my stay. I will be back!
The staff were very helpful. The front desk people had good English which helped as negotiate Istanbul on our own! Breakfast had a variety of options.

Great experience
Staff were not friendly and communications were not the best due to language barrier. Room service was not always available (one day our room was not cleaned at all!!). Bathroom was old and not enough supplies in it (you must order continuously). Location was close to the market which is convenient.

الفندق قديم وليس كما هو موضح في الصور كنت ارغب بالغاء الحجز اول ما وصلت ولكن المعامله الجيده وجدا وفوق الممتازه لذلك اقمت ٥ ليالي وكانت الخدمه ممتازه جدا جدا واسلوب الاحترام فوق الطبيعي وكان الاكل ممتاز ولكن كل شيء قديم واحذروا الصور

Lovely stay. Nice clean comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff whom answered all of our questions. Beautiful rooftop pool with an amazing view. Also close to the tramvay -local public transport. Would stay again! 10/10!
