l'emplacement de l'hôtel et la chambre.

Cons:

le fait qu'une partie du personnel de l'hôtel voulait déjà passer dans les chambres des clients pour le changement de draps et de serviettes dès l'horaire de début du petit déjeuner alors qu'il faudrait dans la mesure du possible que cela démarre à partir de l'horaire de fin du petit déjeuner.
