Screw you guys I will never be staying with you again!
Pros:

Had to cancel. Call the man at the front desk and was told I would receive a full refund just to wait 3-5 Business days. Called back three days later, as I still had not received the refund. When I spoke to a representative they said that no such refund was going through. The representative also had an aggressive attitude with me even though I was polite and calm. DO NOT STAY HERE. Management lies and does not keep there word. I would not trust my financial information with these people.

Cons:

I didn’t like being told I was going to receive a full refund, and then being told I was not receiving a refund. Clearly there is a culture and character issue at this place of employment. If a promise is made it should be kept plain and simple.

The property was dirty. And smelt like wet dog.

Room was dirty when I walked in. Trash can was full of trash. Dirty towels on the bed and floor. The telephone didn’t work in the room. Had to walk downstairs to get my room changed and then there was a roach I. The second room

Cheap and gross.
Pros:

Good pillows. Hot water.

Cons:

Roaches. All over the kitchen counter, side of the fridge, down the side of the cabinets and even the door. The corner going into a closet. Disgusting.
Room smelled like sickly cinnamon. Elevators and hall like cigarette smoke.
Carpet was coming up in corners. Box spring frayed like a cat used it as a scratching post. Stains on the floors and ridiculously uncomfortable furniture.

Pros:

There was no breakfast offered. Room had full refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher. I did not use them but it was nice to have them.

Cons:

I saw at least 3 cockroaches in the bathroom that I killed.

Well, I got off work around 9 PM ordered a Pizza.
Around 1 o'clock in the morning.
Left it out on the table because I was going to take it to work with me when I woke up at 5 in the morning. But, to my surprise, when I woke up to 8 or more roaches, helping themselves to my Pizza.. I'm very disgusted
