TOP VISTAS.
Pros:

Un lugar espectacular, vistas increíbles, varias opcilnes de restaurantes con michelín y un servicio de mucho nivel.
Además un excelente recuerdo a lo Hangover.

Cons:

Algunas instalaciones son algo antiguas pero buenas en relación al hotel.
El gimnasio le hace mucha remodelación.

It was alright.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel. The staff were all very nice. Our suite was nice and big. The view was amazing and it was in a great location.

Cons:

The lifts are slow and not very smooth. On the weekends when people who aren't staying at the hotel visit the upper restaurants, there is a line for the elevators. It would be nice if the guests were prioritized or one of the lifts was strictly for guests.

We stayed on the 54th floor. Up that high, I swear we could feel a sway in the building, or maybe it was just us.

The beds could definitely be more comfortable.

Breakfast was huge but disappointing. Nothing we ate was memorable. There was a big selection.

It was something to check off on our bucket list but we wouldn't go back.

Great views, not beat value for the money.
Pros:

Great location and fantastic views from the room. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms are very outdated . Do not fall for the scam of the roof top bar, be aware of outrageous pricing.

Amazing stay in the heart of Bangkok. Great staff and service.
Pros:

Everything we had hoped for. We stayed on the 56th floor with our 3 adult kids in the Hangover suite. The views are spectacular and the service is the best from the first welcome to the goodbye.

The staff in the lounge was so nice and friendly, and it was such a pleasure to be there. I would come back just for the lounge-atmosphere.

We had a great stay and would definetely recommend. Yes you can find cheaper hotels in Bangkok, but we thought this was worth it.

Breakfast in the lounge was nice - mostly because of the service and quietness. Breakfast in the mezzanine was wild - everything you could wish for. We tried both, and I guess it depends on the mood of the day.

Cons:

We pretty much liked everything 😊
Rooftop unfortunately don’t open until 5 p.m., and the prizes are as skyhigh as the floor, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, I guess.
