Gute Lage

Cons:

Abgewohnte Zimmer, klapprige Balkontüren, verstopfte Abflüsse, lange Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl und diverses mehr. Preise für Extras wie ein Kaffee oder Cocktail schlicht unverschämt. Reine Touristenfalle, die wegen der Bekanntheitses Hotels über den Tisch gezogen werden. Nie wieder….aber vermutlicher genau das Konzept. Es gibt bessere Alternativen in Laufnähe….

Pros:

Our stay was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality.
Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The customer service was truly first class and made us feel like valued guests.
The highlight of our stay was my wife’s birthday. The hotel team went above and beyond to make her day incredibly special with thoughtful surprises and personal touches that we will always remember ❤️
The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, but what made our experience truly exceptional was the amazing staff. Their professionalism, care, and dedication to making every guest feel welcome are second to none ❤️

Good hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff was very good, helpfull and lovely

Cons:

atmosphere in reception was promising and high class. There was sings of aging especially at the pool area. All in all hotel needs a litlle refresh.

The staff at lebua can't do enough for you. Everyone was so wonderful and made sure you had the best experience. The food selection at breakfast was brilliant and the club lounge access is well worth the extra cost, with lunch starting as soon as breakfast is finished, followed by afternoon tea with a beautiful selection of sweet and savoury snacks to choose from, and free beer, spirits and wine!

Cons:

The rooftop bar is a complete rip off. We knew it would be expensive so we're prepared for the inflated price for two tiny cocktails and figured we may as well try it since we were there. But on arrival we were given a menu and put into the smoking area where we were served our drinks. We assumed there would be somewhere to sit on the rooftop, but there were only seating or tables for people who had reserved the restaurant. So after standing with our overpriced cocktails for approximately 15 minutes, £70 down, we left disappointed and will not go back.
Everything else about the hotel itself was perfect, but there are much nicer and cheaper rooftop bars in the city. I echo a lot of reviewers and tell you not to bother.

Cons:

Viel zu viele Externe Gäste die auf der Rooftop Bar rumlungern. Eher ein Ausflugsziel als ein Hotel zum entspannen??
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmerschlüssel funktionieren schlecht.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Lounge in weiss tragen alle geflickte Kleider,wie Seeleute😂sieh echt schlimm aus für ein 5 Sterne Haus🤷‍♂️
