Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sollten unbedingt renoviert und die Einrichtung erneuert werden

Brilliant hotel and a great stay
Pros:

Lovely large room, fantastic view (particularly on the firework night), great bathroom and nice to have both a shower and a bath. The lounge with drinks and food was particularly good.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied, en bateau, en tuk tuk ou en taxi.

Le personnel se distingue par sa grande amabilité et son efficacité, rendant le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Le lounge propose une restauration de qualité, servie par une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle.

Notre chambre, spacieuse, très propre et confortable, offrait une vue imprenable sur le fleuve et la ville — un véritable enchantement.

Un hôtel que nous recommandons vivement.

Cons:

Le mobilier de la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont toutefois quelque peu vieillissants et mériteraient un léger rafraîchissement afin d’être pleinement en accord avec le standing de l’établissement.

Location with amazing view, very high service standard & large room

Cons:

The breakfast had a few „lows“, but this is complaining on a very high level: water had a slight smell (ie not mineral water), cappuccino came out of a standard machine instead from a Barrista / espresso machine. I would expect a hotel on that level to have these items under control.
