⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service, Stunning Views & a Great Club Lounge Experience
I had a very enjoyable stay at Tower Club at lebua. The standout for me was definitely the customer service. From arrival through to departure, the staff were consistently warm, attentive and professional. The level of service genuinely felt five-star, and the team made the whole stay feel welcoming and effortless.
The Tower Club Lounge was another highlight. It was a great space to relax during the day, with attentive service, refreshments and a comfortable atmosphere away from the busier areas of the hotel. Having lounge access definitely added to the overall experience and was one of the reasons I enjoyed staying at the Tower Club rather than just the regular hotel.
And then there are the views.... absolutely stunning. Being on the higher floors gives you incredible panoramic views across Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River, particularly in the evening when the city lights up. The spacious suite and balcony really allow you to appreciate the location.
The only area where I feel the hotel falls slightly short is the age of the rooms and interiors. While everything was comfortable and well maintained, some of the furnishings and overall design do feel a little dated compared with newer five-star hotels in Bangkok. A thoughtful refurbishment would really elevate the property, especially considering the spectacular building, location and level of service.
That said, this did not take away significantly from my stay. Tower Club at lebua delivers where it matters most: outstanding hospitality, spacious accommodation, a very good club lounge and some of the best views in Bangkok.
Overall, a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. With some updating to the rooms and interiors, it could easily feel like a true five-star experience across the board.

Ein Traum über den Dächern von Bangkok
Dieses Hotel ist nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein echtes Erlebnis mitten in Bangkok. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit für die Gäste da – ganz gleich, ob an der Rezeption, am Fahrstuhl, in der Lounge, beim Frühstück oder beim Zimmerservice.
Wir hatten den Tower Club gebucht und konnten dadurch die exklusive Lounge kostenfrei nutzen. Dort wurden wir mit Getränken, Snacks und einem aufmerksamen Service verwöhnt – ein zusätzlicher Luxus, den wir sehr genossen haben.
Besonders schön war auch der abendliche Zimmerservice: Wir bekamen Pralinen, und sogar der Kühlschrank wurde kostenlos wieder aufgefüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein wahres Erlebnis.Hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt.
Unser Zimmer lag im 58. Stock und verfügte über einen Balkon. Die Aussicht über Bangkok und den Fluss war einfach atemberaubend und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Alles war im Überfluss vorhanden, und das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, charmant und hilfsbereit.
Trotz dieses erstklassigen Angebots empfanden wir den Preis als absolut fair. Ein Top-Hotel mit einem derart herausragenden Service, wie man ihn in Deutschland nicht findet. Für uns war der Aufenthalt ein wahr gewordener Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con gli scarichi del bagno… hanno provato a sistemarli senza risultato per due giorni dopo di che ci hanno cambiato camera ma anche lì il problema è continuato. Ci hanno detto che era dovuto al piano appena ristrutturato ma in una struttura di questo livello non dovrebbe accadere

Service,Service,Service that’s all that I can say about the Lebua Tour Club Hotel stay I have not received this 5 Star experience in Asia before I have been travelling since I was 21 and now turning 70 this month and I will be returning again next year to this special place. I cannot fault anything or anyone it is the attention to detail that has blown me away.
Special mention to the following people.
Reception no question too small to answer even when they were under pressure.
Breakfast the food selection was fantastic best omelette ever from MAY next when you arrive at breakfast meet with a beautiful smile from WA who made my coffee each morning.
To top it off was the power-full Tower Club Experience shout out to PIM,JAEW,SAI I will let you experience it then confirm I am correct.
