Mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil unsere jährlichen Reiserei.
Pros:

Wir sind sehr gern im Lebua, die zugänglichen Balkone sind einmalig. Die Betten sind bequem. Trotz diverser kleiner Gebrauchsspuren am Hotel, gibt man sich viel Mühe damit trotzdem alles freundlich und einladend ausschaut. Die kleinen frischen Orchideen, die kleinen Extras, die Begrüssung über den TV, die Pralinen am Abend, das aufgedeckte Bett. Es ist immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis, Alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlen uns hier immer umsorgt, trotz Rucksack werden wir unvoreingenommen behandelt. Die Suiten bieten Kaffee, Minibar, Mikrowelle, die Snacks in der Lounge sind fast zu lecker, die Weine sehr gut. Die Bar im 64 ist ebenfalls unschlagbar.

Pros:

Wir waren nach 6 Jahren mal wieder hier. Zimmer, Personal sowie auch die Rooftopbar hat uns wieder sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar immernoch sehr gross, hat aber etwas an Qualität verloren, finden wir.

Pros:

Man fühlt sich von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Service ist super, das Frühstück und die Lounge fantastisch. Jeder Wunsch wurde direkt erfüllt, die Lage ist super und die oberen Zimmer des TowerClubs haben sich definitiv gelohnt!
Wir konnten das Gepäck dort tagsüber lagern und hätten zudem noch den ganzen Tag Zugang zu Pool und einem Badezimmer gehabt.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Zudem sind die Mitarbeitenden sehr darauf geschult, Werbung für die internen Bars und Restaurants zu machen.
