Please note that athletic wear, swimwear, sleeveless shirts for male guests, flip-flops and beach slippers are strictly prohibited.
Additional Requirements for Chef’s Table & Mezzaluna - Smart Elegant Attire: Men - A higher standard of dress is required, including collared shirts and long trousers. T-shirts, sleeveless clothing, shorts, and caps are not permitted. Long jeans may be worn if paired with fully-covered shoes.

Friendly and awesome staff and service. Each time we come back from shopping, we felt very welcome home. Thanks to the staff who helped to open the car door, press the lift etc.
A bit far from the central eg from CentralWorld that area.
This hotel is nice but some of their entrances doesn’t feel luxurious. The beds are too hard and so are the pillows. Not ideal for a 5 star. Breakfast was nice and lovely.

This is a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a huge suite with wonderful views over the river and the city. The room was very comfortable if perhaps slightly dated. Personally I would have like the seating area to be near the window and balcony so we could enjoy the amazing views from the comfort of couch. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of freshly prepared international dishes. The staff were all extremely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the access to the Club Lounge although it was a shame that it closed so early at 6pm.
Check in process from start to finish was so easy, the staff are so helpful and attentive. We were assisted by Hasel and she was wonderful! Very pleasant to deal with, she was so friendly and helpful :)
Staff were very friendly. The room was huge with a wonderful view over the river and the city. It was very comfortable. A personal preference would be that the seating area was by the window so we could enjoy the view. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful choice of international dishes.
Although the room was very comfortable it was a little dated. We enjoyed the lounge access but it was disappointing that it closed at 6pm.

Great location and views from rooftop bar and lovely staff.
Dated rooms in need of an upgrade, executive lounges need refurbishing and closes at 6 pm. Extortionate food and beverage prices when dining at the restaurant or visiting one of the bars. $200 NZD for a glass of sparking wine, whiskey and coke and mocktail. Hotel focuses more on the several restaurants from non-guest than the in-house guest experience.

Tessa was so lovely from the moment we walked in the doors. We were greeted by smiling faces and offered a welcome beverage. The check in process was so easy and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.
