The only issue was the girl at the front desk was being rude, she raised her voice, I’m guessing she was having a bad day, I honestly think miss communication, o do not remember her name.

After an exaughsting and travel day the friendly staff and a good dinner and beer was very welcome.
Pros:

We were very pleased with food quality. We had dinner and breakfast. Very nice to have an individually cooked breakfast rather than a buffet. Shuttle was helpful as we were coming from airport. Better signage at airport for pickup would have been helpful. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Pool closed for maintenance, to bad.

Cons:

We were not sure at airport where to wait for your shuttle or how frequently it ran. Better signage at airport would have been helpful.

Nothing I was not Admited on the Hotel

Cons:

I was charged for a stay that this hotel actively refused to provide. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Ciara Blevins, had an issue processing my card via contactless. She made me sign a Credit Card Authorization form via a system called Sertifi, which I completed right in front of her at the front desk. Despite this, she still denied my check-in, stated she was cancelling my reservation on the hotel's end, and told me to get my refund from Booking.com. However, Ciara Blevins failed to actually cancel the reservation in the system. Because of her negligence, the hotel kept my money for a service they explicitly refused to render, treating me as a 'no-show' even though I was physically there and have the signed Sertifi document to prove it. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a dishonest practice to retain funds for unfulfilled reservations.

Great experience
Pros:

Everything about my stay was beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. It was very clean and the staff were awesome, friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The only little weird thing that I never experienced was that you had to keep your key card in a slot to keep the bathroom and entry lights on but it was no biggie, I guess it's just something new.

Pros:

Great location for a 6am flight. Easy to get to and very grateful for the 330am shuttle.
Restaurant was also very good. Granola bars for breakfast was a pleasant surprise since we missed the real breakfast.

Cons:

Getting up at 230am for our flight.
