The room was clean and a hot shower. Bed was lumpy. Otherwise it was good.
Pros:

Location was close to casinos which we went to. No breakfast at the Inn. They had coffee!!! Ice.

Cons:

No microwave in the room and no housekeeping.

Horrible after complaining about first room I would of expected a little more sepentiy and no apolog
Cons:

After checking in with the front desk I went to my room set my stuff up down and noticed a lot of flies in the room. As I was looking around the room I see a lot of dead flies in on the floor from the bathroom to the front door. I then went to front desk and complained was given a second room and entering the room there were some flies in the room. Also in the bathroom were a few combweds also sink was leaking I actually tightened it up and it stoped leaking. I was so exhausted by this point I didn't go to the front desk and report it I just layed down and went to sleep for the night!!!

Overall, not bad for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast available after 07:00 i was told, I was gone at 05:30. Never had the opportunity.

Cons:

It took the shower over 5 minutes to get warm. No exaggeration.

Cons:

Didn’t like the quality of rooms, always have issue with the tvs and remotes and a lot of the bathrooms are not in greatest condition mostly some tubs and it’s hard to get hot water there all the time and no breakfast

Not only was the room nasty, the beds were so hard that when we laid down it felt like sleeping on wood. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I payed cash for the 3 nights and when I lefted the property that first night I told the lady working that I wanted a refund for the other 2 nights and she told me that I had to request a refund in the booking app. However I did and that back on March 19th and still the place had not reached out to me about my refund. Just a really poor way to run a business. Will not go back and will not recommend them ever.

I was safe staying at the hotel during the snow storm.
Pros:

No breakfast was available. Not included. Very clean and quiet. A big snowfall was occurring during my visit to the Elite Inn.

Cons:

No breakfast. Even a continental breakfast would have been nice. Like the one Quality Inn has available in Plainfield Ct. I've stayed there recently
