Pros:

Dass die putzfrau jeden Tag die Handtücher ausgetauscht hat, obwohl die nicht auf dem Boden lagen.
Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut

Cons:

Sehr lauter Kühlschrank!
Und wir haben mit meerblick gebucht und mehr bezahlt und wir mussten uns aus dem Balkon lehnen, um das Wasser zu sehen.

Cena e colazione ottime, pulizie perfette,massima disponibilità del personale.

Cons:

Purtroppo nella nostra stanza il condizionatore faceva un rumore che sembrava un trattore. Per fortuna c'era anche il ventilatore a soffitto, quindi ad una certa ora spegnavamo l'aria condizionata e bastava il ventilatore.

Good hotel on Playa de Palna.
Pros:

Nice staff on the reception. Very good breakfast until 10.30 a.m. Nice pool and garden. Fridge in the room. Good size room and bathroom. 5 minuts walk to the beach. And restaurantes. Easy to parking with car.

Top verblijf!!
Pros:

Wat een top verblijf hebben wij gehad!

Onze kamer was niet ruim maar had alles dat je nodig had. Haardroger, 5 handdoeken, terras met mooi uitzicht, tv, airco, ...

Het hotel had in de ochtend en avond een buffet optie. Deze overtreffen onze verwachtingen! Ook het personeel werkte er met een brede glimlach en was super vriendelijk!

Van 10-18u kon je zwemmen in het publieke zwembad van het hotel. Hier waren we iedere dag te vinden! Er stond steeds een redder paraat moest er iets gebeuren.

Daarnaast was de logistieke dienst in het hotel super vriendelijk! Al passeerde je 5x, je kreeg 5x een "olaa!!" met een brede glimlach!

Ten slotte bevindt het hotel zich 5min van de zee, en er zijn heel wat super goeie restaurants en leuke winkeltjes te vinden aan de dijk. De busverbinding is super, 5min wandelen en met bankkaart of cash (€2) met de bus ergens naar toe. Wij gingen bijvoorbeeld naar palma en naar het shoppingscentrum.

Cons:

De ventilator in onze kamer maakte veel geluid en zat ook niet zo vast. Ik was niet zo gerust om deze lang aan te laten dus hebben we ook niet vaak gebruikt.

Amazing !
Pros:

Large choix au petit déjeuner et au dîner, diverses prestations proposées notamment avec les spectacles le soir, le personnel est aux petits soins, grande piscine et supers cocktails

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen ist immer ausreichend und lecker gewesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig mit zentraler Busanbindung.wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lokalita je vynikající. Personál hotelu je velmi příjemný, služby výborné.

Cons:

Nové uspořádání na pláži. Placená lehátka posunuta k Balneariu a k promenádnímu chodníku, zvýšená cena, první řada lehátek za 75 euro (2 lehátka + slunečník) na den. V sezóně 2025 18 EUR na den. Ovšem prostor před placenými lehátky může využívat neplatící veřejnost, která si zde dává svoje slunečníky, což je pro platící klienty dost obtěžující.
