Pros:

Nous avons été absolument enchantés par cet hôtel Oleander par son emplacement idéal. Mon mari s’était malheureusement blessé la veille de notre arrivée et se déplaçait avec des béquilles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que l’hôtel soit parfaitement adapté et facilement accessible pour lui, ce qui a rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus agréable et confortable.

L’emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel : la plage, les restaurants et les commerces sont tous accessibles à pied, à quelques minutes seulement de l’hôtel.

L’établissement est très propre, agréable et bien entretenu. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui était varié et de très bonne qualité.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute avec grand plaisir !

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Hotel molto bello, ottima posizione. Lo staff gentilissimo e molto competente. Buffet vario e ricco e organizzato benissimo. Personale di sala super gentile e disponibile. Area piscina molto bella.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa sono i furbetti di turno che occupano con gli asciugamani i lettini della piscina. Lasciano gli asciugamani sui lettini all'apertura della piscina e poi vanno via, per poi ritornare comodamente quando più gli fa comodo, togliendo la possibilità di trovare posto a chi vuole godersi il relax della piscina nelle prime ore del mattino. Non lo trovo corretto. Dovrebbero trovare una soluzione.

Pros:

La posizione a playa de Palma il mare a 5 minuti a piedi. Personale cordiale e gentile. Noi avevamo colazione e cena ampia scelta tutti i giorni al buffet. Bar presente in albergo con prezzi onesti e musica dal vivo la sera. In generale ci è piaciuto tutto.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber und heile. Essen gut, reichlich und schmeckend. Guter Pool. Ausreichend Liegen. Komme gerne wieder. Super Strand und Verkehsanbindung. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Schöne Anlage.

Cons:

Der Speisesaal ist sehr hellhörig und der Name ist Programm. Ein paar Abtrennwände und eine Akustikdecke, damit mehr Restaurantcharakter entsteht, wäre mein Wunsch. Das wird dem aber kein Abbruch tun, dass ich sehr gerne wiederkomme. Essen und Getränke schmecken gut.

Ottima qualità prezzo e vicinanza a Playa de Palma
Pros:

La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione, vicino Playa de Palma (solo 4 min a piedi). Nonostante non abbia parcheggio lo si può trovare in giro, sia alle spalle dell’hotel che sulla via principale. La colazione era ottima, molto varia tra dolce/salato e abbondante. Le stanze hanno tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, noi eravamo al 7 ed ultimo piano e avevamo una vista mozzafiato.

Cons:

La pulizia era medio bassa. La stanza, soprattutto il bagno, non venivano puliti, ma veniva solo rifatto il letto. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con delle formiche che abbiamo trovato in stanza, ma dopo aver avvisato la reception subito ci han mandato un addetto per disinfestare l’invasione.

Die Lage, der tolle Pool, trotz Hauptsaison immer am Pool einen Liegeplatz unterm Sonnenschirm bekommen. Die vielen Palmen ☺️

Cons:

Vor dem Zimmer war ein Gebläse sehr laut. Die Balkontür war wirklich sehr schwer aufzuschieben, von außen kaum wieder rein zu kommen, wenn sie zu war. Aber für uns war das nicht dramatisch.
