A-three day stay in Nanjing
Pros:

- Lake view,
- Central location near by the metro/train station
- Breakfast options,
- Room upgrade for free.

Cons:

- Heating system not functioning, only wind was blowing. 19 degrees daily were measured in the room,
- Ceiling / ventilation duct near the window damaged,
- Light bulb In wardrobe not working (no light),
- No supply of drinking water during the last day.

Overall 8/10.
Pros:

The view was exceptional from floor 59. Beds were very comfortable, rooms are cleaned daily, all amenities were not modernly new but good condition. Staff were friendly and always offered to help with anything you need, fast service even at 2am in the morning. Location is also exceptional, very easy to travel to all landmarks and shopping centres. To get up to the guest rooms, you need to take an elevator up to 45th floor and switch another elevator, when there are deliveries or takeaways it can be a hassle (in our other hotels a robot would deliver the items to our door).

Cons:

There was no option in the room to turn the temperature to under 25 degrees even during the hot days. The AC turned itself to 31 degrees at one point and we were melting in the room. The hotels explanation was that as the building is connected to the shopping centre, during season change the building changes the system to providing heat only. It was not a satisfiable outcome, but they resolved it with adding free breakfast to the remainder of our stay and delivering a fan to the room asap. I am not pleased with the amenities but was okay in the end for the service.
