Worked well for my stepdaughter’s young family on their way to Este Park to camp. We have stayed here on many such trips.
No problems.
We stayed in the accessible room as it was the last King room left. It is a horrible location. It is by an exit door, across from the pool/work out facility and near an elevator on the way to the lobby. Loud. The black out shade does not meet the edge of the window and the exterior parking lot light hits you in the face. The room wasn't overly clean. On the plus, they had room for our oversized vehicle. I would not recommend this room. I think it is horrible that this is the accessible room offering. You can do better.
The room smelled like a dog had been there.
Have some rooms with no pets allowed.
Comfortable, very clean
It was great
We stayed here on our way to Colorado from Maryland. It was right off of I70. We got a room on the 3rd floor (top floor) on the side that was not facing the interstate and found it to be very quiet (these rooms are the odd number rooms). The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It is a small hotel but has everything we needed and was very convenient for our road trip!
It was convenient to the highway and the local scene. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
The room was a tad sparse. It did not encourage a multiple night stay
Great food. Hot and plenty of choices.
The facility was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, too. It was very quiet and we had no problem sleeping.
I couldn't find the ice bucket and cups in the room. They were on the bottom shelf of the entertainment center. When I called the front desk, she was a little short on the phone by saying "Don't you see them on the bottom shelf"? Obviously I didn't, or I wouldn't have called. I feel if they were placed somewhere more noticeable would be more beneficial. I also couldn't find the ice machine. It would be beneficial to have signs posted so you know. After I did the chat, I found out they were on the first and third floor.
I know it's a dog friendly hotel but heard several dogs barking threw the night and walls paper thin. Could hear room next to us TV
Clean & convenient
Emailed in advance and was promised a first floor room but when we arrived there weren’t any available. No apologies just they were already taken.
The room was large enough for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lovely woman who attended the breakfast gave us great recommendations for places to take our three children. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and clean.
The lighting in the rooms were white light, not warm light. Just not my cup of tea. Otherwise everything was great!
