Pros:

Everything the location, beds were super comfortable, clean and staff was great. Breakfast was delicious

Traveled from out of state for a cruise out of Galveston and stayed here the night before.
Pros:

Everything was GREAT! I will stay here again.

Cons:

Due to the close proximity to cruise port, prices were escalated a little bit.

Location was great,employees were absolutely great.

Cons:

I know it was a fluke but the system went down and we couldn’t get a key to our room.nobody’s fault but it made the stay a little difficult

Pros:

The bed was free of bed bugs - I always check thoroughly. The bed was actually so clean, it looked newer. The sheets were clean and comfy, they had a soft pillow and a firm one so you could choose. The bed iwas comfy. The room was well stocked, clean, nicely designed, and had a wet bar. There were 6 towels, several washcloths, and an ironing board in the room. And we got the cheapest room they had! I normally struggle with hotel shampoo, but this one detangled my messy hair immediately, and smelled good. They had free coffee in the room and the lobby. They had free breakfast included (but we missed it because we slept in). It smelled good though! The man at the desk was so nice. He made jokes, was friendly, and seemed like a genuinely good person. For being one of the cheapest options available, I'd easily stay here again. No doubt.

Cons:

I saw one baby cockroach - but let's be realistic, this is Texas. My own home has the occasional cockroach. This place is pretty dang clean. For a hotel, I don't have complaints about this one.

Relaxing… enjoyed the pool

I like the location the cleanliness the room way out was very nice

Cons:

Seems like the air conditioner quits being cool at night and it keeps waking me up so I don't sleep well because I get overheated so I have to get up and try to figure out the air condition by the time I'm up that long I really can't get back to sleep so after three nights I was really tired and came home absolutely exhausted from a week of work there

We had a pleasant stay, and everything was great. We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.
