SureStay Hotel by Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon

The pool was closed and I booked that hotel mainly because it had a pool. The dryer doesn't work good. I dried my clothes twice and they were still wet. The man at the desk while friendly needs to pay more attention of who checks in with whom. He asked my husband who was with me at check in if he had a room there.

- el desayuno es malo y lo peor fue abrir el microondas con un olor muy desagradable. De revolver las tripas.

La persona de recepcion:
- nos dijo que la piscina estaba cerrada por una inspección, pero realmente la inspeccion deberia de ser del lugar. Creemos que se lo cierran.
- y no nos dijo que la carretera que te lleva al cañon estaba con obras por la noche. Si vas alli y quieres ver el amanecer en el cañon, te tienes que levantar a las 3,30h y te paran las obras durante un rato lo que te retrasa la llegada.

I booked a single queen room. One bed is fine. It was just two of us. The room was the size of a small child’s room. The bed took up almost all it. You could barely get around the bed at all. The AC kept turning off by itself and you’d have to go reset it every time. About 10 minutes at a time is all it would last. There was no remote for the TV. There was a spot for a hairdryer, but there was no hairdryer either. I went down to the desk to ask about those things. He found a remote that I could use and he was able to come up with a hairdryer. We get back up to the room and turn the TV on to just relax after a very long day of sightseeing. There may have been 10 channels out of 60 that worked. All of them either said not available or scrambled. The mattress was old, and if you sat on it or laid down on it, you sunk completely in to the frame. Not very good water pressure. The man at the desk said there was coffee 24 hours a day and there wasn’t at all. It was just a bad experience overall.

La moquette n avait pas été aspirée et il y avait des cheveux, médicaments et autres saletés au sol. Heureusement les lits étaient propres. Mal isolé et on entend le train et les voisins.

Room size could've been bigger. Pool was closed for repairs.

They should make some of the rooms ADA accessible, to include shower renovations or convert all bathrooms with walk in showers.

Partiamo con il dire che quando sono arrivato mi hanno accolto a piedi nudi e la persona all’ingresso era tutta scocciata perché siamo arrivati alle 23, detto questo la prenotazione alla fine non la vedeva nonostante avessi la mail di conferma da parte di Booking, ha iniziato a sbraitare dicendomi che non ero ben accettato per poi dirmi non abbiamo stanze può passare la notte in macchina nel parcheggio!
Pessimo pessimo pessimo
