I didn’t get no breakfast,blankets had dust on it room was smelling an the say no smoking an people were smoking weed next door they had vent all nasty smells from there room getting in ,I went you got hotel every room should have own AC it very bad, went out ,went I came in bk there were police in the building about the same weedy smoking I was going an ask for a refund ,but I said to myself let me get out , I go Back to hotel almost 5am thinking I will get some sleep but vent was next to the bed all nasty smells was coming in .it was bad sorry to say,that was my first an last

We were glad to leave.
Pros:

No air conditioner, we could hear doors slamming in the hallway ALL night, smelled musty. After three hrs staff called and said they gave us the wrong room, could we move! Heard people fighting on the street. The place was shady.

As advertised but a little better in person. Satisfied.
Pros:

Location was close to venue. Easy to get a lyft over to and from quickly. We walked to get food down to 89th and no issues of any kind. Fresh produce within reasonable walking distance. Friendly staff. We Asked for early check-in and was accommodated with reason. For a yearly trip in to the city with parking available, this was a budget Friendly choice with no issues.

Cons:

"I could have brought a fan from home or a white noise generator to have a deeper sleep" i feel like this is knitpicking because overall was very happy with stay. Im a light sleeper at home and live on a private road. So I could have prepared better knowing that I was in NYC.

Worst experience I’ve ever had

Cons:

The location was horrible and extremely hard to find. When you walk in the front door it reeks of marijuana and cigarettes. Once in our room there were cigarette burn hole in the furniture and on the sheets. The floors and furniture were sticky. There is not proper lock for the door, only a dead bolt that would be open via key. The rooms look nothing like what was promised on booking.com. People were yelling and screaming the hole night, and at one point someone tried to enter our room. They kept knocking and using some translator trying to talk to us. Later on in the night some man was knocking on doors screaming and yelling in the hallways. Which made us feel very unsafe.

Cons:

There was no ac or heat in each room. You had to call the front desk since it was central ac/ heat. Also, there were no blow dryers in the bathrooms so you couldn't wash your hair

Worked for what we needed for the cheap price but won’t stay again.
Pros:

It was somewhat close to a venue we needed to go to for an event.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean unfortunately. Our bathroom towels had hairs all over it and some stains. The doors and walls had various things splattered on it that were questionable. No AC so it was extremely stuffy and hot. The whole place smelled of marijuana as well- which whatever, but it was the whole time and seemed to come from the front desk of the hotel the most 😬
