Centralt fin rum fint badrum skön säng. Poolen var fin i 39 graders värme.

I love the attitude of all the staff members. I do not like to single anyone out but I have to give a special mention to Jonathan and Primrose.

The reception staff were nice and helfpul. The room was nice, but not 5 star, or up to the standards of other cheaper hotels we have stayed at.
The food was not good. The meal we had at Helena's was not good and the service was not good.
Breakfasts were better but not as good as many lesser hotels.
There was confusion with the staff about the time breakfast started on Saturdays. We warned the Restaurant Manager (I think that was the title) we needed breakfast at 7am which he said was fine. But the staff were not ready and told us breakfasts started at 7.30 on saturdays.
We did not think it was 5 star or value for the cost.

Die Lage des Hotel ist absolut zentral. Das Hotel und auch die Zimmer sind sehr klein, es ist eben ein altes Hotel. Das Personal war absolut freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (Gepäckumlagerung bei Zimmerwechsel, Radwechsel am SUV bei Valet Parking u.a.m.). Die Zimmer waren mit Balkon und das Bad war jeweils überraschend groß und super eingerichtet. Grundsätzlich kann man aufgrund der Lage und des sehr gutem Service das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Uns war es insgesamt aber etwas beengt, nur deshalb würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Der Pool ist recht klein und liegt direkt im Restaurantbereich (Tische am Becken).
Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt und Wasser aus der Anlage gelaufen (Teppichboden nass). Zwei Nächte waren nicht sehr einladend, daraufhin ist ein Zimmerwechsel erfolgt. Das Management hat aber sehr gut reagiert.
