Comfortable place in Osaka
Pros:

Room spacious enough; comfortable bed; excellent bathroom. Excellent cleaning. Good quality and varied international breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff; able to speak multiple languages.
Not too close to the center but convenient to the transport and with interesting restaurants nearby.

Personnel sympathique et chambre confortable et propre.
Idéalement situé proche de la station de métro Honmachi ce qui permet de rejoindre Namba, Umeda ou Shin-Osaka facilement.
Nous avions envoyé nos bagages via le service Yamato et les avons retrouvés à l'hôtel à notre check in.
C'est également proche de la rue commerçante couverte qui mène vers Dotonbori

Cons:

Un peu petit et difficile d'ouvrir nos valises dans la chambre (pas d'espace de rangement prévu) .

Un seul ascenseur pour l'ensemble des étages, le matin il ne faut pas être pressé car il est souvent déjà rempli quand il arrive à votre étage. Nous avons même préféré descendre nos bagages par l'escalier extérieur le jour où nous devions prendre l'avion.

Staff got quite upset with us when we accidentally parked in a reserved spot. We misunderstood the sign. Make sure to park down the street not at the hotel.
