快適に過ごせました
Pros:

駅に近い、バスタブが大きく脚が伸ばせる、
湯沸かしポットとカップがある、静かである、
チェックアウト時間が11時であること
などです。

Cons:

浴室部分にバーがあると良かったです、膝が悪いので立ち上がる時に支えが必要なので。

Pros:

駅近、コンビニ近いなど、立地が良い。

Cons:

部屋やタオルの匂いが強くて、不快に感じた。部屋は写真よりも、年季が入っている。部屋の埃や錆などがところどころ見られた。建物の自体は古く、ところどころリノベーションされてトイレなどは新しい。部屋のトイレは自動で、少し人が近づくと音が鳴る、蓋が開くので、シャワーを浴びるや洗面台や入口付近にいるだけで音や動きがいちいち気になる。(設計上、お風呂の扉がないことも関係していると思われる)。隣や上から、音が結構響く、車や電車の音が聞こえる。ある程度、事前に予期していれば許容範囲だが、知らずに行くと少しがっかりする可能性あり。

Would stay here again in a heartbeat, the value for money was excellent
Pros:

Good location. Short walk to Ueno station. Family Mart and 7/11 both within 50 meters walk of the front door. Coffee Machine in lobby was really useful . Room perfect size for solo traveling. Bathtub very big , was nice to stretch legs out after long day.

Cons:

The bed did slide away from the wall if you sat up quickly, some non slip pads on the feet would help.

立地

Cons:

トイレを使用するために、木製のスライドドアを3枚閉めなければならず、洗面台も使えなくなるので不便でした。
部屋も狭くて、2人で泊まるにはすれ違うのも大変でした。
また、道路と線路の間なので、交通音が気になる時間もあるなぁと思いました。
