Pros:

Had a good stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean too and the area was convenient. The train station was 5 mins away for instance.

入ってすぐにトイレとバスタブがでビックリしました。
バスタブが浅くてお風呂につかるには微妙でした。
ベッド周りにコンセントはないです。
決して綺麗というわけではないですが、悪くはないです。

こじんまりとした清潔感あるホテルでした。猛暑の利用だったので製氷機があると助かります。2階の自動販売機を利用しようとしましたが、乾燥機の暑さでサウナのようでした。利用者の外国の女性が地べたに座り込んで音楽聴いていたのも通り抜けしづらく、結局外へ買いに出ないといけませんでした。外国人の観光客の利用が多そうですが、マナーに対しての注意喚起があるといいと思います。

Pros:

Situated near Ueno JR station, convenient place to stay.
Via JR station, link to various attractions such as Ueno Park with its iconic Starbucks, plenty of museums and the Zoo.
Basic amenities all in place, staff does English well and suitable for one night stay.

廁所很大有浴缸，盥洗用品是自取的，毛巾建議用白色的感受更好，房間不錯床很舒服，但2個行李箱會打不開，整理行李需要一些技巧，裡車站不遠很方便

Overall pretty good experience.

The blinds was letting in light when the sun rises even though it's closed. There's little areas where the light goes through. No room cleaning for consecutive night stay. Also self service to get new towels and amenities and you'll have to throw away trash daily.

About 5-8 mins walk to Ueno station which is convenient. There's also 7-11 and Family mart nearby. Staff are friendly and polite. Easy check-in and check-out.
