أعجبتني جميع جوانب الإقامة. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف مريحة ومرتبة، والمرافق ممتازة، والأجواء هادئة ومناسبة للاسترخاء. كان الطعام متنوعًا ولذيذًا، وخاصة وجبة الإفطار والسناكات بعد الظهر.
أود أن أتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لفريق خدمة العملاء وعلاقات الضيوف على حسن تعاملهم وسرعة استجابتهم، خصوصًا عبر الواتساب، حيث كانوا دائمًا متعاونين ولطفاء وحرصوا على تلبية جميع طلباتنا بكل احترافية.
كما أشكر طاقم المطعم على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة والاهتمام بالضيوف. كانت إقامتنا أكثر من رائعة، وسنختار هذا الفندق بالتأكيد كوجهتنا الأولى عند زيارة أنطاليا مرة أخرى، وأنصح به بكل ثقة.

بشكل عام كانت إقامتنا ممتازة، ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات التي أعتقد أنها ستسهم في تحسين تجربة الضيوف. النادي الرياضي صغير جدًا، كما أن التهوية فيه غير جيدة ويحتاج إلى تحسين. كذلك يحتاج المطعم إلى مزيد من الاهتمام بالنظافة، خاصة خلال فترة العشاء عندما يكون مزدحمًا.
كما واجهنا عند الوصول مشكلة في مطابقة الحجز مع Booking.com؛ فقد كان حجزنا لغرفة بإطلالة على البحر، بينما أبلغنا موظفو الاستقبال في البداية بأنها بإطلالة على المدينة. وعلى الرغم من أن المشكلة حُلّت في النهاية، فإن هذا الموقف عند أول دخول للفندق قد يترك انطباعًا أوليًا غير جيد لدى الضيوف. أتمنى معالجة مثل هذه الحالات مستقبلًا لتكون تجربة الوصول أكثر سلاسة

النادي الرياضي صغير وتهويه سيئة والادوات محدودة ..
المطعم يحتاج الاعتناء بالنظافة وخاصة في وقت العشاء ..

Everything was perfect, that staff were very polite and helpful, the location was perfect , the rooms very clean , animation was good
I didn’t like the buffet to be honest, they was a lot of choices but nothing interesting , during my stay i only ate from the restaurant they have around the pool for burgers and pizza and kumpir the thing is they close at 6pm

Alles hat gestimmt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber, das Essen war gut und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Plätze am Strand waren etwas knapp, sodass man früh eine Liege reservieren musste.
J'ai fait plusieurs hôtels durant mon séjour et c'est pour moi le meilleur jusqu'à maintenant.
Contrairement à d'autres hotel dans la même gamme de tarif, celui ci, est un vrai tout compris
Le personnel au top et ambiance géniale surtout pour les enfants
Je n'ai pas fais la plage donc je ne peux pas me prononcer
Le supplément pour m9n enfant de 12 ans car considéré en Turquie, dans certain hotel comme des adultes.

We had an amazing stay at Megasaray Hotel.
The room was very clean and nicely located. The only minus is that we requested a double bed and we were given two single beds that they had to merge, which was not bad for us. The food was great, and we had a lot of options to choose from. Plus, having the option to eat from 00:00 to 02:00 when we arrived was a great help, as we arrived around 23:00. The team was great and very helpful. If we had an issue, it was resolved very quickly by the management, which we appreciated a lot. The location was very beautiful, with a sea view, and also the place around the hotel was very nice to see. Big thank you to everyone, also the Entertainment team, and especially to Sadaf, Fidan(Guest Relations), and Emanuel.
