Happy to come back again
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was spacious (corner room view on the sea and mountains), comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making the service feel welcoming and attentive.

The hotel also offered great amenities, including comfortable common areas, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained private beach. The food was amazing, diverse and very good quality everyday. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Quarto anno al Megasaray: tante conferme, ma qualche passo indietro
Pros:

È stato il nostro quarto soggiorno consecutivo al Megasaray WestBeach e ci siamo trovati bene.

Il nuovo lido privato, proprio di fronte all’hotel, è molto più moderno e comodo rispetto a quello precedente, con lettini confortevoli e ombrelloni più resistenti. Anche la posizione è decisamente più pratica, perché non è più necessario prendere la navetta.

Abbiamo ricevuto anche un upgrade gratuito della camera, al sesto piano, con una bellissima vista sul mare e minibar sempre ben rifornito.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo festeggiato due compleanni e abbiamo apprezzato molto le attenzioni ricevute: borsa da mare, vino e frutta in camera e, la sera, torta servita al tavolo con candeline scintillanti e auguri dello staff.

Con la prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking era inclusa anche una cena al ristorante italiano sul mare.

I dolci restano uno dei punti forti del resort, con molta scelta e una qualità davvero ottima.

Cons:

Nonostante il nuovo lido sia un netto miglioramento, alcuni servizi sono peggiorati. Negli anni precedenti si poteva pranzare al lido, mentre ora il ristorante è a pagamento e durante il giorno vengono offerti solo pochi snack. Anche il bar ha una scelta limitata.

Resta il problema dei lettini occupati per ore con gli asciugamani senza che nessuno faccia rispettare le regole. Poco controllo anche nella SPA, dove abbiamo trovato bambini con gonfiabili, urla e tuffi nella piscina interna.

Al ristorante principale si nota la carenza di personale: tavoli non sempre pronti, qualche posata sporca e un buffet meno vario rispetto agli anni passati. Anche gli spettacoli serali ci sono sembrati più deboli, con troppo karaoke e musica dal vivo.

Peccato anche per l’acqua frizzante in vetro, sostituita da bottigliette di plastica con acqua poco gasata.

Il Megasaray resta un posto a cui sono affezionata, ma rispetto allo scorso anno ho notato diversi passi indietro. Il nuovo lido è sicuramente un punto a favore, ma il mio voto scende da 9 a 8.

В целом отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление! Отличное питание — много мясных и рыбных блюд, чистота, ежедневная уборка, вежливый и внимательный персонал. Расположение супер, на пляже есть бар, рядом Starbucks.

Cons:

Но хочу обязательно предупредить будущих гостей о крайне негативном опыте с поездкой на фабрику кожи и меха.
Зазывалы на пляже от отеля активно предлагают эту поездку, обещают выгодные покупки. Как показал наш опыт, многое из того, что они рассказывают, не соответствует действительности. Мы купили четыре вещи, в том числе дублёнку, которая уже после возвращения в отель оказалась с браком.
Мы связались с продавцом, объяснили ситуацию и попросили хотя бы скидку, поскольку вернуться в магазин уже не могли — нам нужно было улетать. Вместо нормального решения проблемы продавец начал рассказывать совершенно нелепые вещи, а затем фактически перестал выходить на связь.
Ещё более возмутительно, что другие отдыхающие, которые ничего не купили, рассказывали, что их просто отказались везти обратно, хотя изначально обещали трансфер в обе стороны.
Считаю, что администрация отеля обязана обратить внимание на деятельность этих зазывал, особенно если они представляются связанными с отелем. Такие ситуации выглядят как откровенный обман туристов и очень сильно портят впечатление от всего отеля.

الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات

الغرف سيئه جدا والجدران عباره عن جبس بورد الازعاج قوي جدا
اخذت غرفه عائليه ومعها غرفه صغيره لايوجد بها تكييف للأسف وتواصلت مع الاستقبال اول ماوصلت وطلبت ترقيه الغرفه او تبديلها على حسابي الخاص ورفضو رفض غير مبرر بحجة اني حجزتها عن طريق موقع بوكنج ، وتواصلت بالايميل بي بوكنج وقالو لا مانع من تغيير الغرفه لكن للأسف الاستقبال رفض تغييرها . لذلك كانت اقامتي غير مريحه الغرفه حاره والازعاج لايطاق بسبب عدم وجود عوازل لن اكرر السكن فيه ارفقت صوره للغرفه الصغيره بدون تكييف

Food - was ok sometimes, sometimes not great unfortunately, for my taste buds anyway. Good variety though.

Staff - hardly anyone spoke decent English so hard to communicate sometimes. But with Google translate was ok
