The food wasn't so good like 3 years ago, the cleaning was not good in and out side.
The hotel is very old. Spa is very dirty. “All inclusive” is okay but not great. Only stuff on reception is very kind and helpful 🙏

The hotel was clean there was a variety of food and the staff was very friendly and helpful.There was entertainment every night.
We had a wonderful stay here for a week. The staff were beyond helpful and so friendly, the facilities were great. The food was lovely. We highly recommend.

Weve had the most amazing week at megasaray westbeach. The staff are simply amazing, from the restaurant to the bar they're there for your every need. The entertainment staff go out of there way to keep you and the kids entertained with a full array of entertainment from kids discos, face painting and adult entertainment quiz's and live music.The entertainer very happy.We couldnt recommend this place more. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At the bathroom there was bad sewer smell, I tried to ignore own room bathroom as I can as do. Other unlikely thing was at SPA section if you don’t spend money for massage or something else you have to go to underclass neglected part without any person to serve your queries, beware to slide and fall down,. Small tidy gym neither was welcome you…
