Excellent all-inclusive experience with fantastic food, drinks and staff.
Pros:

Great All Inclusive experience. Very friendly staff, excellent healthy food options with huge variety. Service excellent. Clean and everything well considered.

Cons:

Nothing really. Some things were not open but that was as it was winter season and the weather still so-so.

Видно, что отель устарел. По метели в номере, по лежакам возле бассейна, по тренаж. залу.

Через дорогу — красивая набережная, где приятно гулять каждый день, наслаждаясь морским воздухом и красивыми видами.
Отдельное удовольствие-вид из окна, море просто завораживает❤Очень приятно начинать день с такого вида.
Номера чистые и очень комфортные.
Персонал вежливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь.
Питание разнообразное и вкусное — каждый день большой выбор блюд.
Отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет совместить отдых у моря и городскую жизнь. Рекомендую! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Der Rezeptionist ziemlich freundlich. Das war es schon mit den positiven Eindrücken.

Cons:

Wir waren das erste Mal im Dezember 2025 dort. Das Personal und der Service waren erstklassig. Jetzt, ca. 3 Monate später kamen wir aus dem staunen gar nicht mehr raus. Das Personal wurde offensichtlich ausgetauscht. Von dem exzellenten Service war nicht mal ein Hauch mehr übrig. Total unmotivierte, unfreundliche Servicemitarbeiterinnen, die lieber wegschauen und die Gäste total ignorieren. Lieblos zubereitet Getränke und nicht saubere Tische. Das Essen war qualitativ eher minderwertig, einmal ein Haar im Essen und dann noch Lippenstift am Glas. Das Personal sah ausserdem meistens so aus, als würden sie ihre bequemen Hausanzüge anhaben und gleich schlafen gehen. (grüne Jogginghose, graue übergroße Fließjacke) Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man kann an Ruhe nicht denken. Die Gäste nehmen keine Rücksicht und sind sowohl im Zimmer als auch auf den Gängen unglaublich laut gewesen. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war ziemlich versifft, voller Flecken und auch der Sessel hatte Flecken sowie ein Brandloch. Wir konnten uns nicht wohl fühlen. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, man kann dort nur stehen. Die versprochenen Bademäntel kamen auch nie an.

I will rate the hotel 10/10.
Pros:

Our stay was excellently enjoyable.
The kitchen staff and the house cleaners were marvellous, professional and highly helpful.
My daughter's birthday was happily celebrated with a free bottle of champagne.
I must add my daughter's room was specially decorated for the birthday celebration.
Will definitely visit Megasaray again and I will confidently recommend it any time to friends and family.

Cons:

No negative experience.
The hotel was highly organised.

Good price, a bit noisy..
Pros:

The all inclusive is nice, the food is almost the same everyday, but it tastes OK:) The desserts are like every other turkish all inclusive dessert- tasteless. The rooms has a good size and big beds.

Cons:

The hotel is noisy due to the rooms not being insulated and the hallways are not locked but open to all floors. Luckily we only had neighbors one night and the music in the bar didn't stop too late. I can only imagine the noise during high season..

Pros:

Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the entertainment activities, especially darts with Mr. Mahmut. Miyu!

Cons:

The WC is quite far away. It would be better to have a WC closer to the restaurant and bar.
Also, there was no lavash or thin bread available in the buffet.

Отдыхали с супругой, понравилось всё, никаких нареканий, еда отличная, выбор огромный, прекрасный лаунж бар, кондитерская, отличный, приветливый персонал, вид из номера восхитительный, уборка в номере хорошая. Жаль только с погодой не повезло, но для марта месяца это нормально. Все равно есть чем себя развлечь, например сходить на массаж, посетить спа процедуры, хамам, теплый бассейн и прочее. Расположение у отеля тоже очень хорошее. Такси от аэропорта вышло всего 25€
Обязательно приедем ещё

Świetny pobyt z rodziną
Pros:

Jedzenie było przepyszne. Byliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem i nie było żadnych problemów ze znalezieniem jedzenia dla malucha.

Lokalizacja idealna dla spacerów.

Cisza w pokojach, nie było słychać co się dzieje za ścianą.

Mini klub dla dzieci - super Pani( bardzo zaangażowana i wymyśla zajęcia dla dzieci)
