Overall it was amazing and I would still come back as the good balances the bad.
Pros:

Everyone was so lovely, the food was amazing and great location. The entertainment is 10/10 also. Every night there was great entertainment, for the kids and adults too.

Cons:

The fridge was making a loud noise in the night, I unplugged it and did tell the reception but it wasn’t fixed so basically don’t use the fridge during my stay. And the bathroom could be cleaner.

We are coming back!!!
Pros:

Location, staff, food, facilities. It’s so good we are already planning next year! We loved the freedom to use the sauna, jump into the ocean or pool. Food selection. It’s worth every penny

Cons:

Sometimes the shows and the music are a bit loud.

Its location is so good, near to many restaurants, cafes. The view from the rooms is beautiful.

Hadn't it been for unclean room carpets & worn out furniture, I would've given it a 5 stars rating.
Pros:

1) Food was excellent, with a wide variety of foods.
2) Animation team was very good.
3) Excellent location.
4) Staff were very polite and helpful, especially Mr Ali, who took great care of our needs, and Mr Kadir.

Cons:

The main negative remarks were:
1) Room carpets are not clean, with many dirty spots, and they need to be cleaned with a detergent cleaner system.
2) Some of the furniture in the room showed visible signs of wear & tear, and should be either renovated or changed.
3) It would be a great idea if volley ball was available at the site, which is one of the most common social activity sports that many holiday seekers look for.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, komfortabel, gastfreundlich, traumhaftes Essen, Spa, Strand, alles Top! Wir waren dort zweimal! Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub! Dankeschön für Leonie (Guest Relations Agent) und auch für den Flughafen Transfer von Bookline Travel!

Good stay
Pros:

Es war Programm dabei was Kindern und Erwachsenen Spaß macht! Das Essensbuffet war gut. Die Massage war bombastisch!!!!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Schade ist dass die Massagen teilweise so teuer sind wie in Deutsch (im Hotel).
Der Teppich Hotelzimmer sollte gereinigt werden. Die Zimmertürkarte musste zwei Mal wieder aktualisiert werden. Es war zwar eine gute Auswahl, leider nicht so Abwechslungsreich.

Pros:

EVERYTHING!
Since we arrived - since we had a baby we were upgraded to a bigger room far a bit from the daily shows and sounds to avoid disturbing his sleep
Food variety was great
The food stations within the day also nice
The staff were the best thing for us - super friendly / supportive/ smiling all the time
My baby loved every single one of them
They helped us with the taxi booking on daily basis with great rates
Room was cleaned daily as expected
Yhey have daily activities and shows
Family friendly
We even made friends !

Sympa pour une semaine
Pros:

La vue sur la mer. La gentillesse du personnel et le répondant instantané pour nous accommoder. Le grill corner était cool et très bon et le stand à omelette le matin était très apprécié . Le restaurant est le même pour tout le monde ce qui peut donner un aspect cantine . Je conseille de se mettre en extérieur on est bien mieux et au calme :)

Cons:

Pour un hôtel construit en 2010 tous les équipements sont vieux et il y avait beaucoup de taches sur la moquette et mon mari étant asthmatique a fait beaucoup de crises d’asthme . Il y avait du moisi dans la salles de bain . La douche passait du chaud au froid c’était bizarre . Pour un 5 étoiles c’est pas du tout au niveau . Je pense que cet hôtel est plus adapté pour une famille car tout les soirs jusqu’à 23h ( avec le show enfant jusqu’à 21h30)vous entendez la musique à fond ( même au 8 eme étage ) .La nourriture reste quand mm très basique pas de grande qualité mais étant française je pense être aussi exigeante .
