Pros:

Most of the staff was really good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were in a room that we could see the sunrise in the morning and we're right by the elevator for convenience. Even though it was under construction, it was clean. Also, since it was under construction, parking was a challenge, BUT on Saturday once the parade had finished, Steven was out there marking your spot if you needed to leave. So when you got back your parking place would be available.. we thought that was going above and beyond!!! Very much appreciated.

Cons:

No full length mirror and we understood that it was under construction but there were long bouts of jackhammer noise right beside our room in the middle of the day on Saturday.
Parking was a challenge but like I said earlier, they kept our spot once we got there so that was very nice!

Not worth the money, the woman that runs the desk at night is very rude, plus they don’t specify there is a security deposit is required. Would definitely not recommend anyone book this place

Great rate on the ocean!
Pros:

On the ocean and easy to check in too. They were doing construction, but had good signs to tell you where to go. Love that we had room and a bigger refrigerator to keep cooler items cold or frozen. Air conditioner worked great and the bedroom was dark and the bed extremely comfortable so had a great night sleep.

Cons:

This is an older hotel, but very clean and nothing of concern for us. The ice machine wasn’t working, but probably had more to do with the construction or the time of your year we were there.

Great location, reasonable price, great beach views and access.
Pros:

Room was well equipped and roomy for 2, bed was comfortable, very clean. Was not aware of onsite construction until after I booked but workers were very quiet and friendly.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dirty
Cons:

Dirty. Pool was closed. Bathroom was dirty. Key didn’t work on day two and had to wait several hours for a staff member to show up to let me in and then got charged. Left early because it was dirty and the room and water smelled bad. Paid the insurance to refund me if I left early and was fully charged

Hotel pequeño pero acogedor y comodo para quien cuenta con poco presupuesto
Pros:

La piscina es pequeña pero limpiecita y tranquila , la ubicacion esta muy buena realmente hay muchos restaurantes cerca del area y musica en vivo, juegos etc . El parqueadero un poco pequeño pero aceptable. El personal muy amable y la limpieza de la habitacion impecable
