This hotel was used for a group event and the staff were amazing to work with when it came to booking for a group. The guests who stayed all spoke positively of the staff working, the rooms and even breakfast. The only reason this is not a 5 is because there is a train close by.
Loved the stay

This newly renovated property is extremely comfortable, clean, and conveniently located right off I-40, making it very easy to access. The rooms are spotless, well maintained, and so comfortable—I truly slept like a baby. The room rate was a great value for the quality and amenities offered.
The breakfast is good, and the breakfast area has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax after a full day and connect with other guests. The fitness center is excellent and provides great value, and the overall location is ideal.
A special shoutout to Samantha Myszelow, VP of Sales & Marketing, who is phenomenal to work with. She is highly responsive, incredibly accommodating, and quick to assist with anything that comes up. Her professionalism truly sets this property apart. Highly recommend.
The staff was very helpful and kind. All staff were awesome. We have stayed at this place before it was changed. The change was very nice.
The room we were in was not so clean. The area under and behind the pull out couch/ bed had food particles/ trash on the floor that was never cleaned. The area behind the bed frame was also not clean. It also had trash/ food particles on the floor.

They charged me even though I paid through booking.com and I’ve called twice and tried to get a refund and they will not get me a straight answer
Friendly staff and clean property.
This newly renovated property is exceptionally well managed by a team that truly takes pride in caring for both the hotel and its guests. We loved the breakfast selection - especially the cinnamon rolls. The spacious fitness center was a great bonus, with all the equipment you could need. Its convenient location near the Lenovo Center made it an excellent value for us. We will definitely be returning.

This place is brand new, clean and beautiful. The customer service is top notch. If you will be in Raleigh at the Lenovo Center area, this is the place to be. They do not disappoint!
I stayed here with my daughter who had a soccer tournament. The lobby was great for us parents to gather in the evening time. I was told the hotel just completed a massive renovation and I can tell because everything looked so new. The staff was great, our crew complemented the service throughout our stay. We would come back again for sure
The front desk attendant was kind, room was clean. Area seemed safe & easily accessible by the highway.
Our room did not have a remote, we called the front desk & they said they would bring one but never did. Then on the day of our check out we were woken by a knock on the door from housekeeping (even though we had the do not disturb sign out), we could hear them doing this to every room near us on the hallway. When I answered the door, they just said "check out", it was 10:10AM. I told her that check out was posted as 11AM by the front desk and she just said, no. We quickly gathered our things an exited the room.
When we got down to the front desk, we confirmed that the sign said 11AM & explained to the attendant that housekeeping was going around on the second floor kicking people out.
