The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:
Airport to hotel: 12:00, 12:20, 12:40, every 20 minutes/hours, 24/7.
Hotel to airport: 12:10, 12:30, 12:50, every 20 minutes/hours, 24/7.

Pickup and drop off point: Terminal 3, first floor, outermost lane by the traffic light between gates 5 and 7, please look out for the shuttle bus marked with the ‘Cordis’ logo.

Please note that the swimming pool and spa will be closed from February 16, 2026, to February 18, 2026.
Operating hours (February 19–23, 2026):
- Swimming Pool: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
- Spa: 12:00 PM – 01:00 AM (next day)

Lovely hotel - steps away from the airport
Pros:

The hotel is an easy walk from T3 of the airport. This was good as meant we could walk to the airport for extra food options. We had a lovely view of the lake from our room. The room itself was nice, the shampoo, conditioners and soap smelt gorgeous. There is a small selection of English movies on the tv. A casting service is mentioned but would not work for us. Nice quiet area, it was calm both inside the hotel and the area outside.

Cons:

The air conditioner would not lower in our room to below 25 degrees so it was uncomfortable to sleep. We only stayed one full night so I did not approach reception but I would have had to if we had stayed any longer. This is the only reason I did not mark a full 10.

The indications about the location should be more detailed. If you arrive at Terminal 3E you need to get out of the airport, take the train to Terminal 3C. Follow the local bus sign. Then go to exit nr.5 and the shuttle bus will come there.

Близко к аэропорту ,прекрасный номер ,чтобы отдохнуть после перелёта. Найти легко, мы прилетели в терминал 2 ,но между терминалами 2 и 3 ,курсирует бесплатный шатл, мы им и воспользовались.

Good for a stay near the airport
Pros:

Firstly, this is a huge hotel that feels oddly empty. But it's nice enough and very close to the airport. The restaurants are good - the market is fairly priced for Western food. The breakfast buffet is good.

The staff helped us out by upgrading our room because the room we were initially put it had no aircon and it was boiling hot in there.

Cons:

The aircons are centrally controlled so you can't make your room cooler even if you wanted to. Our room was 27 degrees. They told us that all the rooms' aircons were off because it was cool outside and we had no control over turning them on. Luckily, they moved us to a room that was nicer and cooler for no extra cost.

非常に良い。
Pros:

空港から至近、シャトルバスも有り、トランジットや早朝深夜のフライト利用には非常に便利。
室内も新しく、清潔である。部屋も広い。正直、トランジットホテルとしてはもったいないレベルのハイクオリティ。

Cons:

シャトルバスがヒルトンと共同運航であり、バス車体にはこのホテルの名称がかかれていないので、ちょっと分かりにくい。ただ、優しい運転手さんが声をかけてくれたため、無事に乗れました。
