Ein schönes Hotel mit sichtbar mehr Potential.
Pros:

Die absolut tolle Lage! Zentral aber ruhig. Sehr interessantes Design, aber nur, wenn man das „richtige“ Zimmer erwischt. Wir hatten Glück. Meine Schwester und ihr Mann absolutes Pech.

Cons:

Das inkompetente Personal, ob es es um Parken, gemeinsames Frühstück mit Freunden, die keine Hotelgäste waren, Zimmeraufteilung…. Entweder irreführende/falsche Informationen - Parking) oder sehr bemühte, halbwegs freundliche „Abfertigung“.

Sehr schwierige Fahrstuhl-Situation, besonders zu den Stoßzeiten. Die Wendeltreppe ist leider nicht geeignet, um Koffer hoch/runter zu tragen. Es gibt keine Alternativen. Auf jeden Fall muss man in den Morgenstunden deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen, wenn man zum Zug/Flughhafen/Taxi muss. Der Weg nach unten mit Gepäck ist eine Herausforderung.

Cons:

La colazione, scarsa e di bassa qualità, nella hall direttamente sulla strada con le porte aperte ogni giorno e un freddo che entrava e gelava la sala.
Il personale alla reception, estremamente maleducato e aggressivo

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht - 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wir waren sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und groß, wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit einer riesigen Terrasse und tollen Ausblick. Die Lage war perfekt, es gab viele Restaurants gegenüber und die Stadt war super gut zu erreichen
