L’emplacement…

Cons:

1 unique et petit ascenseur qui tombe en panne / des escaliers en colimaçon pour palier à l’ascenseur ! 4 alertes incendie injustifiées avec un night audite qui ne sais pas gérer l’alarme dans la nuit du vendredi ( 01h00 - 02h00 - 02h50 - 04h00)
Donc pas dormi de la nuit…. Pas d’excuses le lendemain matin / pas de gestes commercial non plus… Bref…

Wir verbrachten drei wunderschöne Tage in Brüssel.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, propre, mais extrêmement bruyante, mauvaise isolation, chambre 206 , 3 nuits avec des voisins au dessus irrespectueux ! Moi avec 2 petits enfants , pas terrible !

Cons:

Isolation à revoir !

Alles was prima, personeel was prima en m’n complimenten gaan dan ook echt naar hen, vrouw van ontbijt sprak alleen Frans maar elke morgen even vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.. s’avonds vertoefde mijn man en ik nog wat uurtjes in de lobby zodat onze dochter haar moment ook alleen had op de kamer en hebben we 2 top gezellige avonden gehad dankzij Firgil van de receptie die uitstekend Engels sprak.. hij kon zo het circus in want n entertainer kon wel eens z’n 2e beroep zijn geweest..
Chapeau vooral voor deze man

Het had ietsje dichter bij het centrum mogen liggen maar een volgende x weten we gewoon dat we n fiets:step huren

Nice hotel
Pros:

The location is good, it was clean, the room very spacious

Cons:

The staff, cleaning ladies not giving priority to the customers to the elevator. They changed the pillow case and left the pillow without the case. Pretty expensive, like all accommodations in Bruxelles. The breakfast was also very expensive

Modern but worn hotel with basic breakfast in good location
Pros:

Modern hotel, located in a nice quiet district in close proximity to restaurants, shops, sights and metro.

Cons:

Interior. Hotel tries to be stylish but looks cheap and worn.
Service. There is no room service at all: when the in-built hairdryer broke down the only way was to go to the reception.
Breakfast. It is advertised as "very good". In practice it is not even good. It is basic American breakfast: cheap pastry, cheap coffee, yoghurt, powder omlette, etc.
Room. Room was good but floor was very cold and no storage at all.

Auf dem Zimmer war die Heizung defekt. Wir haben nachts gefroren.
