Two backpacks were stolen while left in the custody of the hotel reception (luggage tag issued). A police report was filed immediately.

Despite repeated emails and calls to Mr. Marian Dibla (Front Office Manager) over a month later, no compensation or update has been provided.

Piacevole soggiorno in hotel in ottima posizione, dettagli da migliorare
Pros:

Atmosfera dell’hotel, posizione centrale ma fuori dalla confusione, quartiere tranquillo e sicuro

Cons:

Terzo giorno senza servizio di pulizia e rifacimento della stanza. Colazione con varia scelta in generale ma con scarsità di prodotti senza glutine nonostante fosse stato richiesto anticipatamente. Alcuni risultavano addirittura scaduti e non sono stati sostituiti, il terzo giorno gli altri prodotti sono andati esauriti e non sono stati integrati.
