Best hotel ive stayed at ever

It was in a good location and the staff was great we got great service the whole time we was there we will definitely be picking this place every time we go up there witch will be alot here soon.

Pros:

We stayed here for five days for our child's sports tournament. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn, and we chose it because of the great reviews. Even though we booked just two days before our trip, the price was very reasonable.

There were plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive, which made it very convenient to grab dinner after the games and get back to our room quickly.

Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team—was incredibly kind and welcoming.

When my husband and I choose a hotel, the most important things to us are the cleanliness of the room, the bed, and especially the bathroom and shower. In terms of cleanliness, this was the cleanest hotel we've stayed at in this price range.

We were also very impressed by how accommodating and flexible the staff were. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing. Since the room rate was very reasonable and breakfast was included at no extra charge, we weren't expecting anything elaborate, but we still felt it could have been a little better.

The shower amenities were all provided in Dove dispensers, but I believe the body wash was not actually Dove. It seemed like a different product had been refilled into the bottle.

The customer service I receive EVERYTIME we come visit is over the top!!! They are the reason we keep returning!!! Thank you for all the kindness. Your hotel is extremely clean and the food is delicious as well!!!

Great stay, Great Customer Service
Pros:

The hotel was clean inside and out! Great curb appeal. However, the best part of the IHG unit was at the front desk. Chasity met us with a smile and was easy to chat with and makes jokes with throughout our stay. She and Kiombi G. are definitely the kind a people who need to be the face of a hotel and the first ones customers meet!

Pros:

I liked how nice the cleaners were and workers in general. The beds were very comfortable bathrooms were clean and I also like how they had extra lotion and soap in the bathroom and shampoo I needed that a lot anywho I recommend this hotel 5 stars.

Fantastic in every area of stay
Pros:

Darryl in the breakfast dinning area always keeps it organized, full, of food and very very clean. We travel all the time and we stay here in Augusta when visiting family. We get great rates and the service is the best. Again Darryl does a great job for this hotel.
