Terrible experience
Pros:

The only employee that treated me like a person, was Mrs Outlaw. My co worker was yelled at for going back and forth to their car. Other employees behind the desk will not smile. This place is just not welcome felt. Thank Goodness for Mrs Outlaw.

Pros:

This hotel was beautiful, clean, with incredibly comfortable spacious rooms and cozy beds. We had to pull off the highway due to inclement weather and the best thing that could have happened was this hotel being right there where we pulled off. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and I mean the entire staff from the front counter workers, the manager, the room cleaners, the maintenance man, even the elevator repair guys and the security officer were just amazingly friendly. We only stayed one but we literally got to know almost everyone by name. The whole hotel smelled and looked fresh, clean and very well maintained with even the smell of fresh paint to boot. The breakfast was great, the 24 hour access to free bottles of water and juice was a definite plus. NO CIGARETTE BUTTS IN FRONT AND I MEAN NONE was a huge plus as well. We wish we could clone this hotel and staff in every town we visit across the country. The only bad experience we had was with a staff member named Nicole working the night shift. She unfortunately had a less then professional and hospitable personality that we tried to turn around with kindness but had no success. We did bring the issue to management and they took our complaint serious and assured us the issue would be addressed promptly. Great job everyone and to Nicole; hold in there, put on a smile and your going to be ok. 😊

Pros:

Stay at this location every couple of months to visit family member in assisted living facility. Always a great stay and staff is very nice and helpful. Greeted by Cynthia at the front desk for check-in and she was great.

Beyond the norm
Pros:

Beautiful updated property with helpful staff and a great breakfast. One of the better IHG experiences and working hard to be a bit different
