Pros:

Some hotels give you a place to stay, but this one gives you memories. Everything was fantastic – the warm and friendly staff, the excellent service, the beautiful beach, and the wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect stay in Mallorca

I liked everything, it was a perfect stay. The rooms were great, the facilities were great, the breakfast was good. There was nothing not to like.

Pros:

Първа линия, всичко е предвидено за деца. Храната беше отлична и разнообразна. Всяка вечер различна тема на кухня. Имаше много дейности за деца. Персонала винаги усмихнат и съдействащ.

Cons:

Странно разположение на стаята, банята и тоалетната отделни и малки в стаята. Ако беше едно цяло щеше да е по-удобно. Но това е само една малка забележка, всичко друго беше много хубаво.

Aufpassen bei der Hotelauswahl
Pros:

Das Meer ist wunderbar.

Cons:

Der Rest.

Fangen wir mit dem Zimmer an:
- wird nicht gereinigt oder nur oberflächlich
- das Bett ist eine Zumutung als Bett zu nennen: es ist auf Rollen, es bewegt sich es quietscht bei jedem umdrehen bei jedem hinsetzen.
- Zudem stand bei unserer Anreise ein Babybett mit im Zimmer, das wir überhaupt nicht gebucht hatten. Da sich niemand darum kümmerte, haben wir es schließlich selbst auf den Flur gestellt. Eine Entschuldigung oder eine Reaktion des Hotels für diese Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht.

All Inklusive Essen:
- nach 5 Tagen hast du alles durch. Es schmeckt gleich.
- speisen sind auch nur so lauwarm
- Pasta & Burger beim Food truck: man muss vieles falsch machen um so eine grauenhafte Pasta oder Burger zu erstellen(kochen kann man es nicht nennen). Und Food Truck...wenn die echten Food Trucks das mitbekommen dass die sich als Food Truck bezeichnen gibt es glaube ich eine Klage


Pool & Liegensituation:
- wer hier entspannen will, muss früh aufstehen. Die Liegen am Pool sind bereits um 08:00 Uhr morgens komplett reserviert. Wer später kommt, geht leer aus. Das Hotel greift hier leider überhaupt nicht durch obwohl die immer wieder Zettel hinlegen dass du.dejne Handtücher verlierst.
- die Sauberkeit war hier auch fraglich: zwar wird jeden Tag der Boden gewischt aber wir haben beobachtet die der Hausmeister seinen Putzeimer dann im Pool spült.

Hygiene & Sauberkeit:
Die hygienischen Zustände lassen stark zu wünschen übrig.
- Ein absolutes No-Go: Abends wurde der Poolbereich gewischt und der dreckige Putzeimer danach einfach im Pool ausgewaschen! Auch im Sanitärbereich wird unhygienisch gearbeitet – in den Damentoiletten wurden die WCs und direkt danach die Waschbecken mit ein und demselben Lappen geputzt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt, und wenn, dann nur sehr notdürftig. Besonders das Badezimmer war in puncto Sauberkeit eine Zumutung. Auch im Restaurant musste man genau hinsehen: Geschirr und Gläser waren sehr oft noch schmutzig.

Gostei da localização, da alimentação e da limpeza.
Também gostei de ver a animação para crianças, que é muito boa.

Cons:

Não gostei de alguns pormenores na manutenção do quarto:
Vedante inferior da porta do duche inexistente e depois colocada uma insuficiente.
Uma das torneiras estava avariada, não dava água fria em quantidade suficiente.

Personal inmejorable, hotel excesivamente grande
Pros:

El personal era ENCANTADOR. Las opciones del buffet maravillosas. Mis hijas disfrutaron muchísimo.

Cons:

Esperaba un hotel menos macro-hotel. Quizás fue error mío no haber investigado más. Está, como muchas zonas de Mallorca, masificado, con un alto porcentaje de extranjeros.

Vraiment sympa pour les enfants
Pros:

Le véritable point fort est sans aucun doute le personnel : toute l’équipe est extrêmement attentionnée et fait son maximum pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien, notamment pour les familles, car de nombreuses activités sont proposées tout au long de la journée pour les enfants comme pour les adultes, ce qui contribue à une ambiance conviviale et dynamique. Si vous cherchez le calme et la tranquilité, cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour vous.

Cons:

La variété des repas est assez limitée et l’absence de restaurant à la carte est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. La propreté des chaises, assiettes, verres et couverts au restaurant principal pourrait être mieux contrôlée.
Les transats à la plage sont payants, tout comme certains transats au bord de la piscine. Il faut aussi aimer la proximité car les transats sont collées à 20cm les uns des autres.
Enfin, qui dit hôtel familial, dit aussi devoir supporter les cris et hurlements des enfants des autres, surtout au moment des repas puisque la majorité des parents semblent avoir "démissionné" une fois en vacances... mais ca, l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

Tökéletes volt, legközelebb is szívesen visszatérnék.

Marga a recepciós Hölgy nagyon kedves volt, megadta az alap hangulatát az egésznek.
Mindenki kedves volt, a hotel tiszta volt és minden nap programokkal kedveskedtek a vendégeknek.
