Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。
清潔感もあって下記の点を除けばとても快適でした。

Cons:

空調用の設備がベッドの横にあるのですが、暖房を入れるとなかなかの騒音で、これでは眠れないと思い、暖房を切って寝ましたら、夜中に寒さで目を覚ましました。ベッド周りにコンセントがないのも少し不便でした。

Pros:

駅から近くて良かった
冷蔵庫内に無料の天然水ボトルがあったのは嬉しかった

Cons:

暖房が古く使い方がよく分からかった
夜中外の飲食店の声が聞こえて来て　うるさかった　また新宿に不慣れなため…2泊しましたが最初ホテルの場所が分かりずらかったです

Pros:

Its a good Hotel that meets one’s basic/functional needs.The Hotel is simple,on a peaceful,safe area with short walk(very accessible) to Shinjuku downtown center & Train station.No fuss,much appreciated.
