Very central, clean, simple and value for money.
Pros:

Relatively simple hotel with few bells and whistles, but clean, neat and comfortable. Rooms are small but comfortable with enough space to move around, leave bags etc. without having to climb over them. Good Aircon in the room, all toiletaries provided and the rooms cleaned on request with fresh towels etc. Bed was quite hard but provided for a good nights sleep still. Location is excellent and an easy walk to the main Shinjuku station, and a metro rail stop steps away. The main sites of Shinjuku are an easy walk, with loads of big city light attractions, shops and typical 'Tokyo' right on your door step. I wouldn't describe the hotel as luxury, but it's very functional, clean and good value for money - you definitely get what you pay for. Night life in the area is great with Golden Gai just blocks away and also the LBGT community bars right on your door step if that's what you're after. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Cons:

Bathroom is small so if there are 2 people in a room you have to tag team it, but easy to work around.

Pros:

La posizione centrale.
Il fatto di poter lasciare la chiave della stanza in reception, all'antica.

Cons:

Non si può aprire la finestra: Albergo con moquette, rende impossibile il ricambio d'aria nella stanza.
Albergo vecchio, al limite del fatiscente. Sembra il classico hotel anni 80 da rappresentanti commerciali o padri neo divorziati

Die Lage war relativ gut, viele Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit vom Busbahnhof.

Cons:

Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf oder Einschlafschwierigkeiten kann die Lautstärke als störend empfunden werden.

Ottimo per girare la città
Pros:

La struttura è super centrale nel quartiere di Shinjuku, letteralmente due passi dalla metro (linea S, M e F) e a soli 5/10 minuti a piedi da Kabukicho, dal 3D Cat e dalla stazione JR. Ci sono diversi konbini e ristoranti nei dintorni. Vicino a Shinjuku Gyoen Park e al tempio Hanazono. Nonostante i locali nel vicinato ho dormito bene e non ho sentito rumori molesti.
La stanza come grandezza è nella media di Tokyo.

Pros:

地下鉄出口からとても近く便利でこの価格はお得。

Cons:

ホテル周辺、１本路地に入ったらゲイバーなど多く、深夜まで外にも人が溢れ、重低音の騒音もすごかった。

初めて使いましたが良かったです。
Pros:

部屋の大きさが丁度良かったです。駅から近くて助かりました。バスローブがあるのも有り難かったです。

Pros:

Great location, close to the train/subway. Also lots of restaurants around, 7-eleven around the corner and just a few minutes walk to the shopping streets in Shinjuku.

Cons:

It was more noisy than I expected. The noise and music from the bars were very loud which made it impossible to sleep. Also the bed is very very hard.
