Even though the bed was a good size, the room didn’t allow for easy access for two people.
Pros:

The location. It’s a perfect hotel to stay, for those who want to enjoy the night life in Shinjuku Nichome. A few minutes walk to everything you need during your stay (e.g., subway stations, convenience stores, post office, cafes, bunch of restaurants and bars, etc.)

Cons:

The tiny bedroom and bathroom. Not suitable for travelers with many baggages. There is only one elevator which can accommodate just a couple of people, which means you might be required to fight for the elevator with other guests and housekeepers during the checkout hour.

Pros:

Great Location! Just few steps from grocery store, metro station and 10 mins walk to Kabukicho. In the lobby is nice plase for work or just chill with view on the street

Cons:

Maybe smallest room in my life. Bathroom was so small that i needed to put one leg outside to room space if i used toilet :) But this is common Tokyo standard, i understand,

A good place to stay
Pros:

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Cons:

The only drawback of this hotel -- and it is a "small" one -- is that the rooms, including the bathroom, are quite tight. It was OK, I didn't mind, and Japanese rooms are a bit smaller. And it was Tokyo, very crowded, so you might expect that. Bathroom may not work well for someone with a large BMI

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, welches zwar nicht viel Englisch sprechen konnte, aber Verständigung war durch bspw. englische Informationskarten möglich.

Cons:

Die Toilette hatte leider einen unangenehmen Geruch und auf dem Bett lagen einzelne Haare.
