Important information:

In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please notify the residence reception, whose contact details are on your booking confirmation. You can also indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section when you call.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.

A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in.

A €300 credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, provided the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

Leiligheten var ikke rengjort skikkelig, hagen tilhørende Leiligheten var full av barnåler, løv og ugress. Kan forstå at leietaker rengjør selv når det koster 70 euro for å slippe, men inspeksjon av hvordan det er rengjort bør være vesentlig bedre.

Excellent week-end dans un environnement calme et agréable, les restaurant sont très bien,
Pros:

L’accueil sympathique , la piscine, la vue de la terrasse et la place de parking

Cons:

Il manquait un rideau dans la chambre pour pouvoir dormir avec un peu de lumière sans être vu
Le canapé pourrait être plus confortable.

Pros:

The view from the balcony / terrace of the river and mountains is spectacular.

Cons:

Having been many times before was dissapointed at lack of kitchen equipment, no jugs, scissors etc made things a little challenging.
Bed linen has previously been include , not this time however for 3 people for 10 days was £60 add this to holiday costs and it does make a difference overall.

Pros:

I booked this place for my son and his friend. They were very pleased with the apartment. Very clean, very comfortable, lovely location. Easy to get to Monaco, St Tropez and any close by villages.
Grocery stores very close which was very convenient.
