In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please notify the residence reception, whose contact details are on your booking confirmation. You can also indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section when you call.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.

A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in.

A €300 credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, provided the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Belle endroit on y reviendrait mais pas dans cette résidence

La situation géographique

Cons:

Les bâtiments sont vieillissant et sale . La télé ne peux capter que la 2 et rien d autre . Le wifi très faible ne permet pas de regarder
Un film . Le lave vaisselle sale ( voir photo) tombe en panne au bout de 3 jours . Les oreiller salle avec du sang du client précédent ( voir photo ) la vaisselle salle ( voir photo ) . L aspirateur n a plus de roulette et est bouché . de manière général un ménage complet à faire avant de prendre les lieux a priori pas de ménage fait avant notre arrivé

Pros:

J'ai été bien accueilli par le réceptionniste de l'établissement qui m'a présenté une residence magnifique avec une belle vue sur la signe. En gros tout était parfait pour mes enfants et moi.

Cons:

Location propre + balcon vue sur la marina avec une personne à l accueil disponible et sympathique++

Mr Ajimi, (gérant ou employé ?) s est rendu disponible par sms , après son horaire de travail terminé pour nous guider car ne trouvions pas la résidence, faute de signalétique. C' était vraiment très gentil à lui car c était pour nous une arrivée tardive après fermeture de la réception.

Cons:

Axe d amélioration serait de remettre une signalétique à proximité du pont pour indiquer la résidence car confusion géographique sur GPS avec Pierre et vacances qui est une résidence qui d extérieur ressemble, avec également portail électrique et coffre digicode pour récupérer les clés et qui est presque à côté mais séparé par des campings.

La résidence est parfaitement située au milieu de la marina et pas très loin de la mer ainsi que du château de la napoule
