Luna and Daisy were the best. They honestly showed us love from the moment we walked in.🫶 this place was very clean and very so comfortable. The girls kept it clean all the time even made pancakes for the kids since they are picking eaters. Honestly, I left so happy and I left with friends for life that I can trust and come back to definitely recommend this place. Very affordable and free breakfast included. The pool was very clean. Thank you so much Art Hotel experience was 20 out of 10

It's a great value if you are looking for a budget and affordable
Pros:

The price, I even liked the staff, and it was very easy to get tour companies there

Cons:

There is no restaurant like advertised, and there isn't any really food places around, but they will help you get food delivered, even if you don't speak the language since I stayed there once I would stay again, but they need to represent better on the booking sites

Todo muy bien con el hotel, no tenemos de que quejarnos, recibimos una excelente atención con mi familia. Para el desayuno teníamos varias opciones, pero definitivamente la mejor era el desayuno nica.

Una señora de nombre Julisa recepción muy odiosa me hizo esperar mucho tiempo por estar chismeando y hablando mal de los compañeros. Creo que es un hotel muy lindo con mucha potencia pero el servicio al cliente hay que mejorarlo ya lo he usado en varias ocasiones pero si no mejoran en eso se van a ir los clientes. Otro punto importante los desayunos no todos los días tienen varias opciones casi solo pinto y huevo ofrecen no hay frutas pancakes san sándwiches que son cosas más comunes de desayunar. Espero tomen este comentario como positivo no todo esta mal pero pienso en eso si lo mejoran seria genial

Общая территория достаточно большая, есть бассейн.

Cons:

Горячей воды нет. Питьевой воды нет. Возможности заварить чай нет. Холодильника нет. На ресепшн напитки по космическим ценам. Завтрак скудноват. Выезжали рано утром в Коста-рику, попросили завтрак в виде ланч-бокса, - нам отказали. Уборки в номере не было. От центра далеко. Отель совершенно не соответствует уровню 3*.

Prima verblijf op een strategische locatie
Pros:

25 minuten vanaf de luchthaven, net van de hoofdweg af. Ontbijt was lekker, prima bedden en gezellige ambiance. Eén nacht verbleven na een late landing.

Cons:

Alleen koud water in de douche (gebruikelijk in het land)

Me cobraron 10 dólares por error por pagar con tarjeta no me lo devolvieron. Tuve que comprar el equivalente en productos del hotel.
