Pros:

Sehr positiv sind die großen und sehr bequemen Betten. Ich hatte keine Rückenschmerzen, was meistens in Hotels bei mir der Fall ist.

Kurze Wege in einem netten Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir am Messe Gelände waren.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon „in die Jahre gekommen“. An der Decke waren Bretter lose und ein neuer Anstrich wäre auch schön.

House keeping was below our expextation. During the 4 days of accomodation they didnt cahanged towels and bedding sets. Additionally Bathroom drainage system was in the bad condition and hasnt worked. “After taking a shower, water was collecting in the bathroom and overflowing into this room.”

Cons:

Brekfast were under below our expectation.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung... Das Personal war (bis auf eine Dame an der Rezeption) durchgehend super
Pros:

Das Personal war fast durchgehend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Es gab einen Kicker in der Lobby, ein super Angebot. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lobby waren vielfältig und einladend.

Cons:

Obwohl wir für vier Personen gebucht hatten war das Zimmer nur für zwei Personen eingerichtet. Kissen und Decken wurden schnell nachgeliefert, die Handtücher fehlten für zwei Personen.
Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig und ausreichend, an der Qualität der Speisen kann aber deutlich verbessert werden.
Es gab kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Die Flasche hätte über 4€ ectra gekostet. Der Parkplatz knapp 20€. Der Hund 20€ extra ohne irgendetwas für ihn zu bieten. Alles in Allem merkt man das viel Geld herausgeholt und wenig hinein gesteckt wird. Man sieht auf den Fluren das hier längst hätte renoviert werden müssen. Alle Fenster waren dreckig!
Die Umgebung ist heftig. Naja, es ist halt Bahnhof... Auf dem Parkplatz hatte sich wohl ein Mensch erleichtert. Ich erspare weitere Details...

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr großzügiges Zimmer. Sehr sauber und komfortabel.
Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, Rest schwierig..

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist und auf ein Konzert in der ÖVB-Arena möchte.

Cons:

Relativ lange Schlange am Check-in, sodass ich vor lauter Hektik nicht gesehen habe, dass neben einer Kaution auch der komplette Zimmerpreis auf meiner Kreditkarte vorbelastet wurde, obwohl ich bereits online gezahlt hatte. So wurde dann erst doppelt abgebucht, bis ich das Geld zurück bekommen habe.
Für die Badewanne fehlte der Stöpsel, sodass ich erst nach dem zweiten nachfragen am zweiten Tag meiner Reise die Badewanne nutzen konnte. An der Armatur der Badewanne fehlten einzelne Teile, der Wasserhahn hat durchgehend getropft und der Wasserhahn der Badewanne war unten ebenfalls sehr stark verkalkt.
Kaffee gibt es beim Frühstück nur aus einem Vollautomaten, der oft nicht sauber aussah. Könnte daran liegen, dass die Auslassdüse beim Latte Macchiato im Getränk hing. Lecker.
