Staff were friendly and helpful.
Food good staff excellent.
In general very good location, nice staff.
Breakfast bland and dry. Could not get a normal fried egg. Everything tasted like it was pre cooked and left in the oven. Already reported this. Considering they were charging €18 pp it was poor.
Good location
Walkable area
nice staff
good restaurant downstairs
quiet room
it was all perfectly adequate.
what’s not to like?
Good location, comfortable, clean and well equipped.
I was woken at 6am by a delivery to the hotel.
The staff in the bar got my entire order for dinner wrong. Wrong food, wrong drink.
It’s in a lovely location and love the traditional vibe. The staff were all lovely.
It needs a bit of modernisation (air conditioning). Felt the room needed a better cleaning. Old items in drawers, half used water cartons in the bathroom. I understand that there is boil water notice in the town not in the control of the hotel staff.
This was a four star Hotel with all the required standards
Nothing

Secure car park
Nothing
Location and quality
Spotless clean and super friendly staff
Nothing it ticked all the boxes for us as a family
Lovely location and staff are really friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and spacious. Also as the nights were very warm it was great to have a fan.
Toilets beside bar / lounge were smelly and dirty on two nights. Decor a bit tired and it could do with a bit of redecorating.
Room was lovely and with a great view.
Bed was very comfortable - Great nights sleep.
Breakfast was delicious.
Outside area could do with a spruce up - the outside seating and bridge seating - be lovely to see that invested in.
La piece pour le rangement des velos electriques avec prises ,,, extraordinaire !! Piece au parquet bois rien que pour nos vélos
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The food was excellent
The accommodation was great very spacious room
There was a cracked wash hand basin in the bathroom
The step inside the door to the room although lighting I feel is dangerous. This was a superior room. My husband is 78 years old and he fell up the step twice when entering the room
