Wellness center is open in the following hours:
Monday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m.
Tuesday from 2.00 p.m. to 10.00 pm
Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
All services must be booked before arriving at the hotel and for hotel guests there is a 10% discount for massages and treatments and 50% discount for the wet zone.

It was a good stay

Breve ma intenso!
Pros:

La posizione sul lago sicuramente è un bel plus, molta tranquillità senza lo stress della città.

Cons:

Sicuramente sapere che c’è una Spa, ma non poterne usufruire perché bisogna prenotare almeno un mese prima..un po’ penalizza il fatto che non ci sia un minimo di “prelazione” per gli ospiti della struttura ma che siano alla pari da chi arriva esternamente. Sicuramente uno dei motivi per il quale abbiamo scelto la struttura era proprio la SPA, ma a conti fatti non abbiamo neanche prenotato l’hotel un mese prima..
Il ristorante è un po’ “caro” per il servizio che offre, il personale non era molto attento nonostante ci fossero altri 2 tavoli oltre il nostro e bisognava alzarsi per farsi notare oltre a dove ricordare più volte le comande in quanto mancavano “pezzi” alle ordinazioni fatte. Detto questo, il margine di miglioramento c’è. Avete una struttura con una posizione strategica e vista meravigliosa, cercate di valorizzarla di più partendo dal cliente.
