The booking description mentioned spa on site but the facility did not have a spa
Lugar muy bonito , fresco y verde . Habitaciones muy modernas pero a la vez acogedoras .
EVERYTHING!! This place was the highlight of my whole month and half trip!! Outstanding decor, staff, incredibly unique setting, private outdoor space with private small pool with a powerful waterfall feature! Fireplace in the suite, artwork all over the place, safe and secure parking, a great restaurant on the premises, your own private park! Great WiFI, Top notch EVERYTHING! Sio Classy I easily give it a 10

Really nice design
My nephew wasn’t allowed to stay in the same room as I did since there is an adult area but the ilogic part was that my next room neighbors who were “adults” were making lots of noise and partying in the middle of the night and the staff did nothing
Très bel endroit calme avec de superbes chambres,juste nous sommes arrivés tôt,refus catégorique peu commercial de prendre une douche avant l'heure légale,3pm du check in ,ou il fallait acquitter 75%du prix payé,dommage le reste était parfait
Encantador lugar!!
Toda una experiencia. Hermosa decoración mucho espacio, muy cálida.
La habitación en cuestión de limpieza bien, pero hacía frío y la calefacción nunca funcionó aún cuando diariamente decían que la estaban checando. La chimenea solo la prendí para probarla pero olía mucho a gas por mala combustión y tampoco la pudieron arreglar. El gerente nunca apareció para hacerle los comentarios.
The place Is really beautiful, the gardens aré a dream and the rooms aré great... Little details with maintenance, but nothing that could cause the guest to feel uncomfortable, however the whole experience would be a 10 if It weren't for that.

Las instalacioones son super lindas ...
Buenos días para hacer el reporte de queja , lamentablemente todas las amenidades del hotel son muy buenas , pero hoy en la mañana desde las 8 a 11 hrs no tuve agua caliente en mi habitación , motivo por el cual no pude darme un baño y a pesar de haber hecho el reporte temprano en recepción al Sr Froylan , no tuve resolución , por tanto es una pena que por situaciones así uno decida no volver y no recomendar su hotel . Haré lo propio en las páginas donde hice la reservación , esperando se tomen cartas en en el asunto. Muchas gracias por la atención y en espera del seguimiento de este reporte . Gracias .
