We had an enjoyable stay at the Evergreen. On arrival, we were pleasantly upgraded to a suite on the second floor, which was very nice. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was lovely. We couldn't fault the hotel at all. It was also in a great location, making it a perfect base for our stay. There was nothing we disliked about our stay. One point worth noting is that although we booked a room with a balcony, smoking is not permitted on the balconies. There are designated smoking areas available instead—one located at the hotel entrance and another on the 8th floor near the pool. This was not an issue for us, but it may be useful information for other guests.
Good service at coffee shop Mr.A who take care of guest at breakfast and have a great conversation.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the rooms are very clean. The service from the entrance to the front desk and then to the restaurant was great — especially the waiter named Boy, who was very attentive in the restaurant. He even went out of his way to get me a teaspoon when I couldn't find one. I have to say, the overall experience at this hotel was very pleasant.
