Pros:

The hotel has a great location, especially if you enjoy being in the city. There is a BTS right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. Several shopping malls are within walking distance, so it’s a great place for shopping.

At first, we booked a Standard Room, but we were not happy with it. Fortunately, two staff members, Nan and Da, helped us upgrade to a Superior Room. I would definitely recommend choosing the Superior Room, especially if you are traveling as a couple. It is much more spacious and offers a great view.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their excellent service.

Stay away from this hotel, don't come here with kids to the horrible pool.
Pros:

The only thing that I liked at this hotel was the self laundry service.
Rest of the hotel was horrible.

Cons:

Room - Small and dirty. aircon was noisy and did not work properly. It totally broke down after some days.
Pool - Not clean, tiles were broken, one girl damaged herself on broken tiles. Water looked dirty, strange things were floating in the water.
Staff - more interested in their phones than the guests.
Front desk - When aircon broke down, they were not happy to let us move to a different room.
Breakfast - Noisy and food on the floor, staff was also making noise.

Gutes Stadthotel, zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Lage gut. Guter Anschluss zum Flughafen. Für 2-3 Tage empfehlenswert. Frühstück okay. Es gibt einen Kaffeevollautomaten was ich in meiner weiteren Reise leider nie mehr hatte; also hier extra Empfehlung. Zimmer sauber und groß genug.

Pros:

Хороший отель в центре Бангкока, рядом с метро. Завтрак шведский стол. Есть бассейн и тренажёрный зал. Бронировали заранее, поэтому нам он обошёлся не дорого. Рекомендуем всем путешественникам.
