Pros:

Our 3pm check in was closer to 4:15 as there was just one housekeeper working so very hard to finish cleaning rooms to accommodate several check-ins. She did a very good job of cleaning the room, but I sure wish another cleaning product was used. IMHO, the smell of Fabiosa cleaner is overwhelming and nauseating. Having a big bottle of it in plain sight in the eating area was also off-putting. Again, the staff works hard, not meaning to knock their efforts.

Great place to stay to access Sequoia NP
Pros:

This was a really good spot to stay to access Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks. This place is really well managed, clean and well maintained.

Pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

Much better than expected! Check in clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and smelled good when we walked in. Nice quiet location near the river. My only con was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Would certainly stay here again.

Pros:

The room was clean, but full of a strong chemical cleaner smell that gave me nausea and headache. No way to ventilate because it was 108 degrees outside and windows needed to stay closed for air conditioning to work.

Pros:

Room was clean but dated. Spent 2 nights there whle visiting family. Staff was very friendly and the grounds well kept. Don't expect to find much of a breakfast, better to drive into Reedly and get a proper meal. When in the area, will most likley stay there again.

Pros:

There was a random guy knocking on doors which made it feel very unsafe. The woman at the front desk simply said she asked the gentlemen to leave but she would not call the police. We called the police and made a report.
