Hotel no centro. Bem localizado. Recepção atenciosa com dicas valiosas.

The place was outdated. The safety box was broken and out of the wall. The shelving was falling apart. The shower wall was full of cracks that at least should have been filled.
The location was excellent.

Nice staff who helped book day trips.
Room clean, not fancy but completely adequate, and good value.
Great location near restaurants too.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had not received my reservation, and that they had no rooms available. I had to find another hotel, again.

The hotel has a nondescript, plain lobby with a super welcoming and eager-to-help attendant; the room is rather simple but quite nice. It is located on a quiet side street, near many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Mendoza.

This hotel has potential to be good, but it wasn’t clean and it was noisy. In a week, they only changed our bedding the night before we left, and we had to ask for clean towels, even though they said fresh every 3 days.

Hotel has a great location to Plaza Italia and the other squares in Central Mendoza. Safe neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating of a concern we had. They were able to fix it and make it better. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but in need of an update. There is a lot of street noise but that seems to be endemic to the city itself.

Hotel bien ubicado, céntrico, cerca de la plaza Independiente. Hotel antiguo, pero la habitación agradable. Los funcionarios, poco amistosos, hasta las ocho de la mañana, no hay funcionario en la portaria. Así los que están en la parte del Hall, tienen dificultad de salir, siendo que las van de excursión pasan a las 7hs. En mi cuarto el aire no tenía control, la temperatura es fija. No fue una estadía muy agradable.

El precio no corresponde a lo ofrecido ya que por un poco mas de dinero encuentras hoteles de mejor servicio.
Si uno no quiere ir a las Termas de Cacheuta busca con piscina la cual era de un tamaño adecuado pero bastante sucia,llegamos un día miércoles y hasta el lunes de la semana siguiente no hacían limpieza a pesar de comentar eso es recepción.

Excelente atención del personal de recepción atentos a las necesidades. Servicio de limpieza impecable. El departamento muy limpio y cómodo. Excelente ubicación. El plus de la pileta suma mucho.

Servicio bueno pero apartamentos antiguos y mal mantenidos. En invierno esta muy mal aislado y el calentador de água caliente de la ducha és muy antiguo y se cortaba asi me quede sin água caliente en invierno!

La limpieza de la habitacion es excelente, capaz le falta un poco de mas mantenimiento pero en lineas generales y por el precio es excelente.
