The location was really good. Just off the main strip about 400 meters up a mild incline hill

Cons:

The noise from your neighbours really disturbs your sleep. The walls are so thin we could hear the man next door snoring as if was in our room. You could hear the family chatting about what website to look up trips on etc.
The other big negative is that there is no control over the sunbeds around the pool. We went off season, last week in April and it was impossible to get 2 sunloungers at the pool. The people who are there when you arrive simply leave their towels strapped on to their beds for the whole week, day & night. Its crazy to allow people to do this. Even though the hotel have a pool person who sits under the umbrella all day and tidied up the pool in the evening. He just let all of OG holiday makers leave their beds with their towels on them for the whole night and all day. In some cases these people were out on day trips and never went near the pool for the day but still took up 2 or 4 sunbeds pending on the size of their party.

Pool was brilliant, never overly busy and kids could play away and not be disturbing anyone, we had sun all day on our balcony so when small ones napped could still enjoy the sun, pool tables and games down in the lobby were great, so close to supermarket, restaurants and beach

Cons:

No air-conditioning, wasnt a problem for us at this time of year opening windows aired the place out lovely but in summer time could be uncomfortable, was up a hill to get back from the strip but everywhere is up hills, again not a problem but if mobility is an issue its worth noting

Great location from airport and to the strip,nice friendly atmosphere in the whole complex, apartment and cleaning staff very helpful..Colin and Rose at the bar couldn’t do enough for you and will go out of there way to cater for your needs, very happy stay, Thank you all at plaza azul

The bedroom door had shutters so you could hear through it so no help if wanting separate rooms if one snores :)

Pros:

- La posizione molto buona a Puerto del Carmen, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata a mare.
- Parcheggi liberi subito fuori dalla struttura e vari servizi (bar, alimentarti etc.) a disposizione.
- L'appartamento molto ampio e accogliente, con balcone affacciato sulla piscina.

Cons:

- Accessori ridotti all'osso (mancavano shampoo e docciaschiuma, ci è stato chiesto un pagamento per il solo noleggio del phon, e una caparra per il telecomando).
- Linea wi-fi non particolarmente buona, con frequenti interruzioni.
- Avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma la camera aveva solo due letti singoli staccati (non comodissimi).
