La piscina y las instalaciones en general.
Suelo muy sucio para tránsito de piscina, etc.
The location was brilliant and loved the energy at the pool and pool bar.
It does not have air conditioning, you can rent fans ( would not recommend as they just blow around the hot air). As far as I know you can rent air conditioning units and you would definitely need one.

Algunos huéspedes de nacionalidad inglesa bastante desagradables y con mala educación.
Fumaban en la zona de la piscina, molestaban a los clientes españoles e intentaban amedrentar con malos gestos e incluso chapoteando para mojar con inquina. Nunca nos había ocurrido en este alojamiento tan familiar.
It wasn’t to far from the main strip or the beach and the shop was just down the road from the hotel

Estaba super bien, lo cogimos porque los niños tenían una competición de ciclismo y nos encanto que los dejaran bañar en la piscina hasta tarde jugar etc porque otros alojamientos son bastante restrictivos con eso.
la limpieza la verdad que debería de ser revisada porque cuando entre habían bastantes pelos en el baño, la nevera estaba sucia y en el mueble de la cocina había una chocolatina del cliente anterior.

As a family of four, we were delighted to be assigned a room located very close to the pool. It made our stay much more relaxing, as we could easily keep an eye on the kids while they enjoyed swimming. The convenient location also meant the children could go back and forth between the room and pool without any hassle. The pool area was excellent and featured a lovely little bar that served breakfast each morning, which was a great way to start the day. Our room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, which was incredibly useful when travelling with children. Having the option to prepare snacks, drinks, and simple meals added a lot of convenience to our stay. We were also impressed by the hotel's facilities. Although it isn't a huge resort, it offers everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The property is well maintained, family-friendly, and has a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.
One downside of the family room for four is the sofa bed. Unfortunately, it was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It felt more like a wooden frame with a very thin mattress on top, and it could definitely benefit from being replaced or upgraded. As a result, my children did not sleep particularly well during our stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the pool temperature. I don't usually mind swimming in cooler water, but the pool was genuinely very cold. Some guests may not be bothered by this, but families with children should be aware that the water temperature can be quite chilly. The hotel's location is convenient for accessing the supermarket which is close and the beach, restaurants, and shops, all of which are within walking distance. However, the hotel is situated on a fairly steep hill. Walking down to the beach area is pleasant and easy, but the walk back up can be quite challenging. It's something worth considering if you have mobility issues or prefer flat terrain.
It’s got a good pool. Rooms are basic but clean.
Rooms haven’t changed in years but the prices have increased. Having to pay €10 for the tv remote plus Wi-Fi really not very good. Constantly having to log in. If you have mobility issues it’s at the top of a fairly steep hill
Lovely apartment great location very clean
Towels on sunbeds put out late at night or early in the morning some people put towels out and never used the beds
The location is very good, close to the beach and to the main strip in the new town.
Sun loungers were difficult to get as people reserved loungers by placing towels on them for hours before showing up to use them.
Staff should police this and towels should be removed after 30minutes if loungers aren't being used.
