La distribución y la comodidad del loft, los detalles de diseño. Me sorprendió que el desayuno sea traído a la habitación, un lujo. Cama super cómoda.

Gute Lage, aber keine 4-Sterne-Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lade des Hotels.

Cons:

Zustand der Fenster/Balkontüren. Die sind leider sehr alt und an vielen Stellen undicht. Das sorgt für Zusatzlärm von der Straße, die sehr gut zu jeder Zeit befahren ist.

Localização ótima e o quarto amplo

Cons:

O sistema do café da manhã é uma piada. Entram meninas com carrinhos e você tem que escolher o que vai comer. Porém é tudo regulado e constrangedor a forma como as meninas negam os alimentos. Estávamos em cinco pessoas e não podíamos pegar pães na mesma quantidade de pessoas. Nos deram um pires de ovos mexidos. Colocam uma xicara de café e saem. Se acaba o café de sua xicara você teria que pedir e aguardar por quase meia hora o retorno. Surreal um hotel submeter o hóspede a esses constrangimentos de alimentação. Só houve o atendimento de garrafa térmica com café no quarto no ultimo dia e a entrega de mais alimentos após minha reclamação. Foi realmente muito constrangedor não voltaria. Fiquei muito chateada estava com minha familia e passar por isso não passo nem em casa. Parecia que estavamos pedindo comida como se fosse um favor nos alimentar. Horrivel.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente para manejarte caminando a varios puntos de interés. El personal muy gentil. El desayuno en la habitación es una muy buena idea!

Cons:

Todo muy bien. Solo cambiaría el servicio de mensajería a un solo número. Recibí muchos msj con lo mismo de dos números diferentes al WhatsApp.

Great location with wonderful breakfast service
Pros:

I picked this property because of gorgeous layout with high ceilings and "breakfast in the room" option that we have never experienced before, and breakfast was outstanding. Every morning 2 girls would show up with carts loaded up with food and set up an amazing table encouraging us to try all the different options. Valentina was exceptional-- we would not want her to leave because she was so welcoming and we wanted to continue talking to her.

Cons:

I think pictures were way too pretty and property didn't match. It was a little run down, facing a very busy and noisy street, and instead of beautiful living area with TV we had additional beds there because we had 4 people. There was no space to sit beside the beds, but it turned out fine because we were there to explore the city, not watch TV. Also, although the property had "kitchen" area, it was completely unusable-- no stove to cook on, not stocked up with anything ( just 4 plates, 4 utencil sets and 4 glasses) and tiny refrigirator. So for families that like to cook sometimes, do not count on that kitchen.

Lovely stay in a central location
Pros:

Nice staff, comfortable room and good breakfast served in the room.

Cons:

There were a lot of WhatsApp messages asking for feedback/surveys. It’s fine to ask for feedback, but find ways to consolidate the requests. Folks are on vacation.
