Breakfast was very good a lot of variety
Room was lovely
Beds was comfy
There was lipstick on the cups in the room
And the noise that came from the window from the traffic on the road was non stop even tho the window was shut it sounded as if it wasn’t you would expect little noise with it being a new building
didn’t have a restful sleep
If I was to stay again I would ask for a room away from the road
Was a family wedding very noce
The staff giving out canapes very miserable and rude
Tv out of date and remote was not working properly asked for replacement

The restaurant and rooms were exceptional
I booked two rooms for my children and I and we got placed on separate floors and not next to each other. Meant my husband and I had to spend the night apart to stay with each of the children
The hotel was clean rhe staff were fantastic
The lack of air conditioning in the room , we got a portable unit from reception room was still far too warm
Stayed here for a wedding. Staff not great most have bad/blasé attitude like they don’t want to be there. Vegan food subpar and breakfast options for vegans not great. Cleanliness of hotel and room not great, only one towel for 2 of us.

Was t anything I didn’t like other than there was visible dust on sides in bathroom
The room, staff, restaurant and location are all superb.
There was no fridge in the room.
The garden areas and the wedding venue were set up lovely
The air con in the room wasn’t working the corridors were poorly lit
No Air conditioning in the rooms. It was so unbelievable hot. We booked into the hotel for 2 nights as we were attending our son's wedding on 28th June 2026. The temperatures outside were unbelievablely hot which I understand its not the normal temperatures for June however a five star hotel with air conditioning around the hotel but not in the rooms where you are supposed to chill and relax. The hotel supplied 1 fan to oscillate the air in the room however it was warm air. I had make up and hair set for the wedding and trying to get ready in the room was horrendous
Room was modern and clean.
Room was far too warm, I opened the window but as there is a main road very close, the noise (along with the room temp) prevented me getting a good nights sleep. Also, blind does not keep light out.
Room was nice and clean reception nice and cool
Bar prices is ridiculous 🥲
Food was OK
The room in the older side was very dated with a great view of a chimney ( needs new flashing ) although tried to update the room it failed still looked tired and cheap
