I love the location and food is always top notch here
The cleanliness of the bathroom area in the hotel room was disgusting scum all over the shower tray and tiles area, needing a good clean.
The staff were brilliant from being welcomed by Bailey to the staff who served us room service. The whole place is lovely and very clean. Food is exceptional.
Road sound from our room was loud but this can't be helped. Room was lovely which made up for the noise.
The suite room was stunning with and over look onto the beautiful little garden, attended a wedding food was lovley
Looks nice at first glance but lacks maintenance and cleanliness
The sink was filthy with hairs in it. Air conditioning switched off so room was too uncomfortable to sleep

Our room had old door with changed lock in different position. Was awful on arrival..no safe,no air con.asked for fan which appeared on landing..was absolutely filthy and broken ..more like a 2 star than 4

Very expensive in bar for type of venue, only one bar staff member on (who was really nice and patient) trying to serve 20+ guests so long wait every time, no air con in any bedrooms

Rooms were big and bathroom spacious. Car parking was ample.
Air-conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough to sleep in. Loud music from the function room was playing until very late and was so loud you could feel it. Would have preferred to have known about this when booking as wouldn't have booked. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were too hard.breakfast had very limited choice and was bland.

And the noise that came from the window from the traffic on the road was non stop even tho the window was shut it sounded as if it wasn’t you would expect little noise with it being a new building

If I was to stay again I would ask for a room away from the road
