Décoration des lieux superbe. Hôtel chaleureux, on s’y sent bien des l’arrivée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec quelques produits fait maison. Exemple cake crêpes pancake….

Très décevant, mauvaise nuit

Check in tardif

Cons:

Arrivée tardive dans ma chambre « climatisée » à 27 degrés… la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, j’ai dû passer la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes sur la route principale. Peu dormi.
Il fait 24 degrés encore au matin. Le réceptionniste me maintient que la clim fonctionne, rigole quand je lui dis que j’ai du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
Réclamation prise avec dédain, aucun respect du client.
Pas de possibilité de récupérer de bouteille d'eau quand la réception est fermée.
Pas d’excuses ni de geste lors du check out malgré la constatation de la clim HS.
Bref réfléchissez bien avant votre réservation !
