Мини-бар в номере не работал, чтобы сделать чай нужно было кружиться с чайником у разных розеток, которые не работали, шампунь и другие средства гигиены не были поменяны после прошлых жильцов и все баночки были почти пустые, а на полотенце были следы от туши для ресниц. Завтрак был довольно скудный, чтобы получить омлет нужно искать кого-то чтобы тебе его приготовили..

Schitterende locatie en ondanks dat het hotel gerenoveerd gaat worden nog een prima kamer (uitzicht op Onze Lieve Vrouwe Plein) en goed geïsoleerd ( geluidsarm).

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt, in der Innenstadt, neben der schönsten Einkaufsszone der Niederlande und dem Vrijthof, auf dem André Rieu seine unvergleichlichen Konzerte gibt, ist nicht zu schlagen.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, aber dennoch sauber. Trotz Stadtmitte ist das Hotel absolut ruhig und das Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Dinner sind sehr gut.
