Better than the reviews would suggest.
Pros:

On a business trip. The hotel sits on a lovely square and it very central on the Old Town. The reception staff were friendly. The room a little tired but absolutely fine. Breakfast was nice and the breakfasting room had lots of character. We ate in the restaurant one evening. It was fine.

We waren vergeten de oplader mee te nemen en gevraagd of het er lag maar ze vertelden ons dat t er niet meer lag. Bij thuiskomst zat t toch niet in de koffer.. jammer

Top verblijf op top locatie!
Pros:

Locatie is echt top! Midden in het centrum, kan niet beter. Geen overlast gehad van de terrassen op het OLV-plein.
Prima en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Badkamer schoon en praktisch.
Op zondag uitcheck pas om 12.00 uur. Zeer relaxt verblijf gehad.
Daarnaast zeer behulpzaam bij het wegzetten van de fietsen op een veilige en afgesloten plek nabij het hotel.

Wonderful stay at Derlon, Maastricht
Pros:

We traveled with our 1.5 year child and the apartment was very comfortable - had all the amenities. The location is 10/10. Heart of the city but quite at the same time. Everything is nearby and walkable. The hotel staff was very helpful and available all the time. We had a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Teleurstellend.
Pros:

Hartelijk en warm ontvangst, ook de vriendelijkheid vh personeel

Cons:

Verouderde kamers, voor het oog geen schoon tapijt, barsten in de ramen, zichtbare reparatieplekken op de muren en krassen, stuk uit marmeren vensterbank. Kast met spiegel die niet open kan? Bij betreden restaurant open keuken met veel zichtbare troep en afwas. Wellicht een tip: een klapdeur naar de keuken? Maar €333 euro voor een nacht hadden we wel een wat modernere kamer mogen verwachten? Toch wel een teleurstelling. Maar ze gaan binnenkort verbouwen, hopen dat de prijs niet nog hoger wordt…

was goed dicht bij het centrum
Pros:

Locatie in het centrum op 5 minuten wandelen naar ondergrondse parking, ontbijt standard, badkamer ok standard

Cons:

ontbijt in de kelder en als het mooi weer is mis je de zon
