Das Personal war freundlich ,

Genau das, was wir erwartet hatten - wir sind zufrieden
Pros:

Man war durch die Bewertungen und auch durch die älteren Fotos darauf vorbereitet hier kein supertolles modernes Hotel vorzufinden. So hat es sich bestätigt und das war für uns alles in Ordnung so. Die Zimmer waren nicht renoviert aber sauber und für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Vor allem die Nähe zum Marktplatz und Drosselgasse war super!

Auf dem Zimmer gab es keine Beschreibung oder Informationen über das Hotel. Im Kleiderschrank befanden sich benutze Handtücher. Boden war sehr dreckig.

Der Rheinblick. sehr Zentral

Cons:

Das Zimmer , in der Dusche war noch die Seife an der Wand zu sehen vom Vorgänger , also nicht sauber gemacht .Der Ventilator im Zimmer war schmutzig von innen ,daher nicht benutzt. Man hörte vom Besucher über uns, das Wasser im Waschbecken ablaufen ,das war sehr störend .
