Parece mas un 3 estrellas que un 4 estrellas
Cons:

- Toallas de mano excasas ( 1 para 4 personas)
- Al entrar a la habitacion hacia muchisimo calor. El aire acondicionado estaba apagado, las ventanas cerradas. Tuvimos que avisar para que nos encendieran el aire, pero nos tuvimos que ir a dar una vuelta por el calor. Al volver horas despues, seguia haciendo calor, tuvimos que abrir las ventanas
- ningún articulo de baño gratis. Al salir al dia siguiente, vimos que si los estaban poniendo en otras habitaciones.
- Nos dió la sensacion que la habitacion no estaba terminada de preparar a nuestra llegada ( después de las 16:00)
-Nos pareció mucho mas un 3 estrellas normalito que un 4 estrellas.
- En informacion turística la repcepcionista nos facilitó algunas ideas. Fue bastante agradable y atenta, pero el Hotel disponia de muy poca información impresa de opciones turísticas locales y de la zona.

Pros:

Tout était très bien , la personne de l'accueil a été parfaite car nous sommes arrivés en fin d'après midi et elle s'est démenée pour que nous puissions profiter du spa , avant la fermeture , qui nous a fait un bien fou après 700 kilomètres de route . Le repas du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuné étaient très bons et le fait d'avoir la voiture en sous sol était un plus , à noter aussi la propreté de l'établissement .
