Desayuno no acorde a la categoría del hotel. No fruta. No pan
Se compra un agua por 2,50€ y nos obligan a devolver el casco con toda el agua que no pudimos llevar. Envase retornable? Se rellenan las botellas? Detalle muy feo
La tarjeta de apertura de la habitación se desconfiguraba

A bit pricy considering the state of the deceration

The sraff were friendly and efficient. Very helpful and smiling

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the bedroom was in need of updating. The walls were marked and the wallpaper was starting to peel.

Spa con agua caliente, y masajes. Habitación muy amplia, cama muy cómoda. Desayuno muy variado. Excelente ubicación. Atención muy amable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Se podría mejorar la desinfección anti-insectos.

Buena relacion calidad - precio - ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel y su relacion calidad precio, ademas las habitaciones son amplias, con buenos armarios y las camas son grandes y comodas

Cons:

El baño necesita alguna pequeña reforma (nada grave) y las habitaciones podrian estar mejor insonorizadas (no se oye nada del exterior, pero si del interior si la habitacion esta cerca de los ascensores)

Decepcionante
Pros:

El buen tamaño de la habitación y el ventanal que dejaba entrar mucha luz.

Cons:

El wifi no funcionaba. Tuve que conectarme para trabajar con mi conexión personal de datos. Tras varios intentos me fue imposible, se desconectaba continuamente. Incluso para ver Netflix el wifi del hotel no funcionaba.
No tener servicio de habitaciones no sé si es propio de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Mi marido no se encontraba muy bien y nos fue imposible contactar con recepción por teléfono para pedir algo para cenar. . Bajé a recepción pero no había nadie atendiendo así que tuve que salir a buscar la cena.
