Exceptional hotel, food, service & staff
Pros:

Have to give 5***** to the Bayview hotel. From the first phone call where I spoke to Siobhan about having a Christmas lunch get-together for a group, nothing was a problem, only extremely helpful. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, lovely function room with tables beautifully decorated for lunch overlooking Killybegs bay.
Fabulous choice of starters, mains & desserts.
The ladies serving us were so friendly. We all had a really great day here.
Thanks to Seamus & staff for making our day out so good. 👏👏
I highly recommend the Bayview hotel Killybegs, it’s a hidden gem. Donna

No services available in the area for taxi’s, Ubers etc. Either of the hotels both Bayview and Garryvoe has zero in plac
Pros:

Location was beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel was dated, damp and way overpriced for what it is / was. The hotel smelled of damp and the carpets were so dated. I’m disappointed more of the Irish government as this is the stark reality now of 80% of the hotels / service industry in Ireland.

Mesmerising
Pros:

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, and the overall comfort was excellent. It’s not very modern, but it has such a unique charm. There’s something about the aura of this place that feels out of this world — I truly did not want to leave. The tranquility and the calm view of the sea are absolutely mesmerising.

Dissatisfied housekeeping issues.
Pros:

While the hotel has positive aspects, great views, pleasant staff.
I found the housekeeping service totally unacceptable. My room was cleaned very late in the day, which caused inconvenience and having left at 10.30am to return at 3.30pm still not cleaned. I expected more timely service from 4* hotel instead of 4.30pm for a make up!

To be told to email issues is not acceptable!!

Comfortable, calm hotel with fantastic location and breakdast.
Pros:

Breakfast, morning swim.

Cons:

The hot water was skalding!
A few flowers around the entrance would soften the look.

Lovely break away with friends
Pros:

Beautiful views . Delicious breakfast

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare . Very stressful . Wasted half an hour and had to walk from very far away up the road by the cliffs with my bags . Would like to have been informed by email that there was no parking available or limited parking .
