O atendimento no check in da Eduarda, a qual foi muito Cortez, mesmo o sistema tendo falhado e outros hóspedes estarem chateados.

Cons:

O banheiro tem um tamanho ótimo, porém deveria ter ao menos uma cortina, evitando molhar o piso.

Na primeira noite fiquei em um quarto no 15° andar, muito antigo, e o ar não esquentava. Na segunda noite a moça da recepção conseguiu outro quarto para mim, aí foi excelente.
