_ جميع الموظفون العاملون بالفندق وبالاخص الموظف بالاستقبال الهندي اعتقد اسمه ايمارق .. والويتر في ذابيج لاونج الاندونيسيه.
-الاكل في مطعم الشاطيء ممتاز .

Cons:

_الشاطيء سيء جداً لا يناسب فندق 5 نجوم . لا يصلح للسباحه يحتاج تنظيف بسبب الصخور والطحالب .. ولا يوجد اماكن للاستراحه على الشاطيء
-حمام السباحه في الروف غير نظيف ولا يوجد مراقب ويوجد حاجز يحجب رؤية البحر .
-لم يسمح لنا الجلوس في الكبينه على الشاطيء رغم انا ضيوف بالفندق وهذا شي غريب ماشاهدته في اي فندق سابق بحجه انه يسمح لنا عند طلب عشاء فقط رغم ان تعشينا في مطعم الروشه التابع للفندق .

Cons:

The pool is not enjoyable. It starts at 1.6m depth, which is not very enjoyable for non-swimmers and kids. Even for swimmers starting depth of 1.6m is too much as a starting depth.
