A clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with great service.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing and refreshing getaway. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. We had a great experience overall.

Cons:

The swimming pool was quite small and often crowded, so the kids didn’t really enjoy it. We wish the pool area was bigger and more suitable for children.

Very helpful stuff.
Pros:

Good breakfast, included a variety of food. Also, I forgot my backup portable disk in the safe in our room after I checked out, and upon discovering that, I called the hotel, and those gentlemen, Ahmen, Ma'mon, and Mahmood, were very helpful in following up with the home service who found it and had it returned to me through my relative who received it on my behalf. My great thanks to all the staff who helped me get my backup portable disk back. Job well done!
